Support is awful
I really started to like Admiral Markets to use it as a demo account, but one day suddenly I couldn't login anymore, who knows why. It said that I couldn't login anymore, whatever. There also was written that I could text support to ask what was going on, which I did. Guess what... right, they didn't answer. I sent three e-mails in total to ask what was going on, they didn't answer to a single one. After that I got bored and just started using another platform.

! But today my all money 479 $was lost . Nothing get to invest I was invest 100 $ ok
And account manager was closed all trade which was already in negative amount.. very bad experience and grabbing all money.

No cTrader - underwhelming customer support
cTrader is not supported on this platform and users are stuck with the antiquated MetaTrader platform instead which does not offer an API for automated trading. This is a huge drawback. They offer 2 customer support contact email addresses, one for Chinese customers ans one for all other customers. My wife has been reaching out to Vodha on the Chinese support to confirm whether their bank in Jordan can accept a wire transfer since her bank does not allow manually entering the bank address and the address of the only branch on file shows an address that differs from the bank address shown on their web site. All it would take to resolve this would be for someone in their Jordan office to take a quick glance and send a reply. But that did not happen. She then reached out to the global contact email and never received any reply. If their customer support is this bad when wanting to send them money, I cannot imagine what it would be like when trying to withdraw money.

Really Fast Withdrawal Process
Hello Admirals traders: This morning I requested a withdrawal of funds from this broker. They processed it really really fast, in 42 minutes ! My bank is SEPA, so I received the money into my bank account in less than 3 hours ! I am a verified user here on TrustPilot, so I always tell the truth. Personally I NEVER had any problems with Admirals, and I ignore reviews written by unverified users. Admirals gets 5 Stars from me because they deserve it.
