I’m paying over £600 a month for 2008…

I’m paying over £600 a month for 2008 cynosure laser hair removal machine that’s not fit for purpose.
After doing a lot of research and speaking to people in the industry. Admiral has acted very unethical and should not have let this go through.

Stuck in a lease I can’t get out from is the worse thing

3 lease agreements and wouldn’t use anywhere else.

Just taken my 3rd lease agreement with this company and wouldn’t use anywhere else.
Had nothing but positive experiences all 3 times. The first two agreements were taken when I was just starting my company so had no real finance history to show and they still worked with me and got the finance accepted!
All staff I’ve dealt with have been extremely helpful and friendly.
They were also extremely supportive in Covid granting payment holidays.
Would 100% recommend!

Would 100% recommend

I've been with admiral-leasing for 7 years now and can sum them up in one word FANTASTIC. Like all new business I had my hard times and Hayley / Simon & the team was always understanding and helpful . I'm a Tanning salon and started with two beds & now have seven ( all supplied by Admiral ) I truly believe without this team of people being so understanding we would of not made it through them early years & Covid THANK-YOU . As a business Admiral has helped me along our journey up-grading our equipment/ getting more. Simon is the man I ask he delivers SUPERSTAR . Hayley again FANTASTIC . LUV this COMPANY .

Breech of Terms

I asked to cancel the agreement before it was signed by Admiral Leasing & I was told I could not cancel because it was a “non cancellation” agreement.

The conditional offer states

“you may cancel the finance application at any time by giving us appropriate notice, equally the finance provider may withdraw their offer at any time. Once an agreement has been activated, please refer to the Cancellation Rights contained within the agreement. Please note, once activated most hire agreements are non-cancellable”

“Commencement and Duration
1. This Agreement will commence when it is signed by the Owner or the Owner's authorised representative and will continue for the Minimum Period specified in the Schedule and will continue thereafter (subject to the provisions for earlier termination contained herein) until it is terminated in accordance with Clause 12.”

AVOID AT ALL COSTS ruthless terrible company with no morals during a global pandemic

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
If i could give no stars It would be more accurate
funny how they have replied to 2 out of 3 negative reviews on here the 3rd being mine from earlier this year when they took court action against me and my home whilst my business was closed by the government they would give me no further forbearance back in last Sept after I could only start working again mid August then 2 lockdowns followed and action was taken against me in court whilst we were in lockdown and I would have faced a £10,000 fine if i tried work !!! and after sending in pages of my formal complaint dealing with their solicitor trying to come to an agreement offering payments and being victimised and bullied by them they have proceeded to dismiss my complaint esp when I asked to see their duty of care policy to which they will not give me nor give me any answers to all the issues I raised They threatened to sue me for liable for telling the truth and to take down my reviews. This company has no morals The government closed my business due to a global health emergency this company is ruthless in how they handle their debtors including the legal team Greenhalgh that represent them and went against all FCA guidance

Simon or Liam or Hayley or anyone else in this team dont deal with them dont give them a penny of your business they are ruthless and will stop at nothing
And before they set their lawyer on me again I CONFIRM THAT THIS IS MY TRUTHFUL STATEMENT and facts and my experience of this company

A huge Thankyou to Tim and Carol for…

A huge Thankyou to Tim and Carol for getting exactly what we needed.
Due to a vehicle issue we needed fast finance, they both worked hard to achieve this and the finance was complete in a matter of days. The process was so easy from beginning to end, the communication was always there and they kept us updated every step of the way. We Will definitely be using Admiral leasing for all our business finance.

Great service highly recommend.

I took a loan in May 2018 and never had an issue at all, the App is very good to check on payments and I just settled my loan in full very easy process, requested a settlement and paid off. I had to call them to check and staff where friendly and helpful. I received a text and Email today to confirm my loan was now closed. I would recommend Admiral loans.

My sincerest thank you.

I can’t help but to express my sincerest thanks to Hayley! She had been so understanding offering assistance since the first lockdown. There is no way we can deny that no any consideration had been shown to us especially considering the cause that the COVID-19 pandemic had brought to our businesses. Even up until this 3rd lockdown, support and understanding is what I had received. A big burden had been lifted and that truly means a lot rather than having these constant worry. The time they are willing to extend means I’ll have better ways of planning my finances ahead and be more productive. From the bottom of my heart, my sincerest thank you to you Hayley and to the rest of your team. I am in a better shape to think more of my business progress and finances. Covid might had brought so much difficulties and challenges, but it definitely made businesses more supportive to each other than ever.

After using them for over 7 years and…

After using them for over 7 years and never missing a payment the impact of COVID 19 and my sector closure of over 10 months and still counting i asked for time to get back on track 🤷‍♀️
Agressive dismissive and taking court action against me whilst my business is still in government closure they are acting money grabbing loansharks
The stress of this action is making me ill
They simply do not care Avoid at all costs I think post COVID their actions will show in who does business with them

Dreadful company

Dreadful company. Having lease/purchased some machinery from them they continued taking payments long after the agreement ended. No refund or apology. They then insisted that I pay them further money, as they wouldn't take into account the couple of thousand extra I paid them, to actually own the item. They have been rude, aggressive in tone and have been continuing to increase the amounts they want out of me. My business has been horrifically impacted by Covid (shut for 6 months this year) and they have not been helpful in the slightest. Greedy awful company to deal with

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

As a new customer to Admiral (not my choice) I have found the whole experience disappointing with dreadful customer experience.
“returning the COVID19 email while the pandemic was underway we would not be in a position to offer any support”
No help, extremely dismissive and no human integrity towards small businesses in these challenging times.
Simply want ££££.
Don’t waste your time.
