Had my bed for years but needed a new mattress delivery arrived on time 2 polite men fitted it and removed the old one.
What more can I say

Great service and not too long to wait for delivery.
The chairs are fantastic and we love the massager

Spent £7000 on a chair. Not really as good or comfortable as was expecting. Not worth the money in my opinion. No aftersales follow up as promised. Not impressed with the service at all.

What was said happened! Prompt service.

The men arrived nice and early, quickly got sorted, the mattress changed over and the castors replaced very quickly. The new mattress is great, it had a slight smell at first, possibly just the newness, but great to sleep on compared to the old mattress.

The two beds we bought have been good and the fitters arrived when they said they were going to and put them together with no issues.

I am thrilled with my purchases. The vibrating, recliner chair is heaven. My adjustable bed is perfect.

Excellent Rep, excellent follow up, delivery men did everything needed, even in our awkward flat, with humour and willingness. Old chair collected promptly. A product we wouldn't be without.

Sales person lied, my old only 2 year old bed ended up at waste disposal not British Heart Foundation as I was told. Installers didn't communicate & had I known that they build the bed at my premises I would not have bought it. I have had to change my whole room around to accommodate it! As for the handset, to open a drawer to hook the handset on, you have got to be joking.
It might be a divan with storage underneath but as the mattress sits on slats I have had to ensure everything I am storing are in bags.
Well thanks for the reply but how are you going to fix the old bed destroyed. I suggest when the sales man visits he explains it better than he did with me.

Very pleased with my Adjustamatic reclinable chair, however i feel it was very pricey for the end product. In my opinion it would have been better value for money had a reading light and tablet rest been included.

I bought a mattress which we found little soft. On my phone call to customer service they exchanged with firm mattress. All staff including delivery people are friendly and professional.

The sales team were efficient & punctual plus everything regarding the bed was explained fully. There was no pressure to purchase & the salesman was very helpful in keeping to my budget. The bed was delivered timeously & constructed with the minimum disruption. The only problem was the odious smell which lingered for several weeks despite numerous attempts to erase the odour with various fabric deodoriser. Obviously the bed had been kept in storage & the pungent smell arose from this. The bed has changed my life by improving my back pain enormously & it was worth every penny to achieve these results.

My experience was as it should be , good. All experiences should be good, if not they should not be in business

My new bed was delivered on time. The delivery people were quick and tidy and clearly explained how the bed works

The salesman took time to help us decide exactly what sort of bed we needed.
Delivery was on time and the men who delivered it were good and worked well together.
The one think I dislike is that the two remote ontrols are identical it would be better to have them different colours.

The delivery was to time .the beds were assembled and operation explained clearly could ask for nothing more.

Bed very comfortable to sleep in, very pleased . The reclining chair is is most uncomfortable to sit in any lenght of time I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with it, very upset about spending money on buying this chair,will have to bring back my old chair.
