Quality down and skimpy cut

Have been buying Adini dresses for several years and am still wearing them but lately the quality of the material has deteriorated and the cut is more skimpy. I am still wearing size L from 2 years ago and they fit. But L1 is now so skimpy it doesn’t fit anymore. But the prices haven’t changed. It’s a shame because Adini used to be my go-to brand.

Pointless loyalty scheme

I have just written this message on the Adini website but the message kept appearing that a character appears to be wrong, asking me to review. Nothing made the message acceptable so here it is on Trustpilot.

I have just made another order from Adini and looked for my loyalty vouchers/points and could not find them. I remember receiving a £5 voucher recently via email and thought at least I would find that on site, but no, absolutely nowhere on site. It certainly is not a loyalty system that works for customers. Can you imagine how full one's email file would be if one has to keep all vouchers rather than find them on the site when one is making a purchase. In addition I see that once points are earned one has to use them pretty quickly despite having only just made purchases. This is a none existant scheme in my opinion. I genuinely believe it is better not to have a loyalty scheme and be honest about it.
