SCAMidas

So I bought a pair of shoes from adidas.at in my usual size, when they came I noticed that they were to big and sent them back for a refund or exchange. I tried the shoes for 3 minutes in my flat and all the tags were on them when I sent them back.
Then after a week I get a message that my shoes are "dirty" and that they cannot accept them and are sending them back to me (no other options were given). I immediately start an email exchange where I explain that is impossible that they are dirty since I tried them two times in my flat, but ofc, they trust their "experienced" people at the warehouse.
When the shoes returned to me I filmed how I open the package so there was no way to tamper with the shoes and sent that as a proof. Luckily, before the shoes were denied the fist time I started an exchange procedure which made it possible for me to send them again. After they saw my official complaint mail they said: "ok when they come to us we will check them again".
The shoes came to them and they were suddenly labeled "worn and dirty"!! So they asked me if I want the shoes or should they be destroyed. I insisted on a refund or exchange and sent all pictures and the video again but then their communication reduced to 1 response a week in which they just repeated the same thing.
The costumer service on the phone was horrendous, when I tried to explain that I have proof that my shous were missjudged the first time the lady starting shouting on me and hung up! (I was very nice since I wanted my money back)
Only after more then a month of this harassing I again asked for an email of a supervisor and the next day they responded: "sorry for your bad experience, you will be refunded".
So all in all I will no longer be ordering anything if I am not 100% sure what my true size is.
Key problems of Adidas.at: 1) uncompetent warehouse employees that have seen my clean shoe and declared it "dirty", I suppose they have internal rules that if sth came "dirty" they cannot declare it clean so next time my order was received it was "worn and dirty" (and they refuse to send any proof when I asked!). 2) rude people on the phone, that cannot help in any way other then give me the email. 3) they outsorced their email department to India or somewhere since the names that signed the emails were definetly not german. Also, since the email dep. is overseas they have no influence on the warehouse and that's why all my requests for pictures and a new assessment were ignored.
I cannot believe that 70 euros is worth the reputation and harassing sbdy for a month straight, when I was honest and sent everything as it was asked.

Horrible customer support

I truly recommend avoiding Adidas in Austria because they do not care for the customer and their support is horrible.
I ordered 2 compression shirts (S and M) but for my surprise one of the item (M size) was missing in the box.

At first I thought it was a mistake from the storage, and after filing a complain (Which I had to do via phone, because apparently we live in 1980), they rejected my complain and redirected me to "ec.europa.eu" to file another complain.

I decided checking the package and when I flipped it empty upside down, there was big hole that was never noticed because the weight of the clothes were pushing it down. So I am sure it sneaked out during the transportation.
Even after filing another complain, Adidas wants me to solve it with DPD, which I honestly think its their job since they sent such a bad packaging.

So me, the customer, have to go through all that trouble and I don't feel supported in any moment.

Be responsible and acknowledge your mistakes.

Technical problems and bad customer service

Have been trying to contact them (chat doesn't work, phone takes really long) for hours about not being able to register a return online, only to hear from the last person I talk to that they're not able to register returns this entire weekend due to a technical problem. I've never had any issue like this with other large online shops, and will in future order any adidas products via third party websites like asos or zalando.

Ridiculous customer service, never buying adidas again

I ordered a pair of shoes in August which was never delivered to me due to an adidas / post office error. I submitted a claim to adidas and they only replied to my 4th e-mail. After several weeks of discussion they confirmed that my refund had been been submitted on 10th September and I can expect it in 14 business days maximum. 14 business days have passed and my money hasn't arrived and they're ignoring all my e-mails (3 at the moment) again. Never buying adidas again.
