The ADHD Trainer is a specialist education provider delivering CPD-accredited clinical training in ADHD assessment and management. Built on decades of NHS consultant clinical experience, our programmes equip healthcare professionals – including consultant psychiatrists, paediatricians, GPs, nurse practitioners, clinical psychologists, pharmacists, and allied health professionals – with core competencies aligned to NICE guidelines and UK clinical frameworks. Our structured courses cover differential diagnosis, screening, formulation, treatment strategies, and comprehensive assessment reporting. Delegates earn accredited CPD hours necessary for maintaining safe practice within their scope, supporting annual appraisal and professional revalidation (GMC, NMC, HCPC). All courses are eligible for NHS study leave and CPD funding. By upholding rigorous clinical standards and bridging the specialist neurodevelopmental training gap, we empower clinicians to deliver high-quality ADHD care across primary, secondary, and private practice settings.

Excellent one day ADHD Assessor training

I found the one-day ADHD assessor training to be extremely thorough, informative, interactive and well structured. I particularly appreciated how questions and discussion were encouraged throughout the day, creating an open and supportive learning environment. This allowed for clarification of key points and sharing of perspectives, which was great. Overall, it was a very valuable and worthwhile training day, and I would highly recommend it to others involved in ADHD assessment.
