Very unprofessional!! How are board certified doctors associated with this program…
I had a scheduled consultation a month ago and the doctor I chose, Avery did not even have the professionalism to attend nor follow up to reschedule. Instead, I have been emailing and calling to get a refill for over a month, to no avail. It’s scary how this has not been addressed in all this time but my $99.00 was deducted from my account. I am extremely dissatisfied with the way my account is being handled.

So disappointed, poor support.
So disappointed. I have been working with an excellent provider on ADHD Online, but when it came time to renew the prescription, I did not receive a reply to a medication refill request after 7 days. There is no way to escalate the request and they don’t answer the phone. I am very disillusioned with them because my medical provider is great, but their support is terrible.

This is a scam
This is a scam. They have no problem taking hundreds of dollars from you, but if you need anything from them they ignore you. I put in a request to change pharmacies 3 weeks ago and still have not heard one word from them, so I had to settle for what the pharmacy had which was a third of my prescription. Funnily enough, even though they couldn't be bothered to type one word to respond to me, they marked my request as "resolved". Don't be an idiot like me and think you will get service for what you paid for from these people.

Did not offer services to the state or provide services yet charged my bank a signifiant charge. Fraud company.

Completely incompetent
Completely incompetent. They won’t answer the phone or return calls, even from pharmacies. They take over a week to reply to emails and much of the time the reply is useless or promises a solution to a mistake they made and nothing happens. AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Don't even bother
Don't even bother, just go and do an in person assessment if you can or use another site. The wording is confusing and intentional to make you spend more money one further evaluations even though they did not diagnose you. Instead of directly explaining that despite showing signs of ADHD they will not be helping with it, they instead say:
"Now that you’ve received your results, you’ll be able to speak with one of our licensed physicians via a video-visit to determine which treatment options may be right for you, including ongoing TeleTherapy, medical treatment or both."
Which made me think that there was a second part to the evaluation process. There wasn't. Their assessment cost $179 dollars and then the physician video cost $199. All down the drain because of a poorly made website.

They take your money on time
They take your money on time, but when they need to provide you with their services they disappear for weeks without any communication. When you finally can talk to someone, they give you the worst attitude.

Zero customer service
Zero customer service. They help you when you pay $100 for a 10 minute appointment but will not refill medication once you spend hundreds of dollars trying to figure out which medication works for you. I have called, emailed, reached out on social media with no response.

I was super excited to finally be…
I was super excited to finally be getting some help for my ADHD.
However I feel like it’s been more of a hassle than dealing with the actual diagnosis.
I have had appointments with 3 different docs, the third one finally got my meds and dosage in order but trying to get an actual refill is a nightmare.
They say they’ll call them in monthly for you. But wait, they don’t. You try and do a request over the phone or through email, and still weeks with no refill?
The last time I needed another refill I actually had to make and pay for an additional appointment just to speak with someone, and I still had 1 additional refill to receive before I needed to make an appointment. Finally get the refill and was told it would be filled on the 6th of every month for 3 months before I would have to make another appointment.. here I sit at 2 in the morning on the 9th, no meds. I again have 2 more months of refills before I technically have to pay for another appointment, and nothing. Called and left a message, nothing. Sent an email, nothing. Sent a request through the portal, nothing.
This is literally way more stressful than dealing with ADHD.
Don’t wast your time or money with this company, just go to a doctor.

Can't get refills or tak to a human!
They do not process refills on time, leaving you without medication and having to ration for weeks. There is NO WAY to speak to an actual human and NO RESPONSE to support tickets. They happily take your money, though!

This company is the absolute worst…
This company is the absolute worst medical company I have ever dealt with in my 18 years working as a medical professional. DO NOT WASTE A DIME as they will completely mismanage your medical care. Read the bad reviews and believe them… they never fill my prescription on time so I end up weeks without medication… they don’t respond by phone , email or support tickets … they are negligent in every possible way and they should not be allowed to continue doing business and jeopardizing the mental health of an already vulnerable group of patients.

JUST ANOTHER OVERPROMISE
JUST ANOTHER OVERPROMISE. Took the assessment and was excited to have this deep dive test. I spent time thoughtfully answering the questions as my therapist indicated getting tested for ADHD to rule it out would be a good step in healing. Complete honesty and time put into the assessment. I was hopeful and looking forward to learning more about adult ADHD and if what I described could be it or something else.
Within a few hours I got back a GENERIC and quite (IMO) judgmental reply. It stated back to me the diagnosis I'd already had (general anxiety disorder and minor depression), then adding that I had delusions of wanting another medical diagnosis. Not positive for ADHD.
Recommendations were meditation, walks, and basically everything I'd already put down that I had already been active in. Suggested therapy, Again I had explained I was going through that now.
It was not well thought out or responsive to my responses.
A test which I completed in less than 15 minutes which was an attention test was only "clinical" part. Here I was told I fall in the middle of average.
TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.
I chose them as they explained how they go deeper, their tests can explore things normal ADHD tests can't. That I could use this to seek other therapy even if I was not diagnosed with ADHD. How they don't just focus on the hyperactivity or plain DSM diagnosis criteria. NONE OF THAT HAPPENED.
WARNING: do not do this test if you are experiencing any sadness or are hypersensitive to rejection or criticism. (Which BTW are traits of adult ADHD). The Followup with care coordinator to explain my opinion and disappointment with the test was met with mostly defensiveness about the company and a too quick to say I could pay for more or try to "disagree" with the diagnostic therapist. If this person didn't carefully read my original test, why would they do that to a response?
The whole experience left me feeling terrible for even getting tested to begin with. It's okay to tell someone they didn't meet your criteria. What is not okay is to advertise yourself as a place that understands these things then do such a low level evaluation, then defend it.
PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE IF YOU ARE STILL EXPLORING OR UNSURE OF YOUR DIAGNOSIS. It is not worth the money in my opinion.
Waste of time & money
This company is a scam. I spent 3 hours filling out the initial intake form only to be told that I should "try therapy, meditation, and exercise"...despite the fact I very clearly stated I've been in therapy for 10 years, meditate regularly, and work out 3-4x a week with a personal trainer. Absolutely nothing personal to my intake was mentioned in the assessment.
I complained and asked for a new assessment. After a week, I was told I needed to pay for a new assessment and they'd "try to make sure a different doctor reviewed it" or I could send an addendum with additional information for the first doctor and would hear back in 3-5 days.
I did end up sending the addendum, which I spent over an hour writing. It took 29 days and 3 follow-ups to receive a response which was simply "One of the criteria of ADHD is that all other mental illnesses must first be ruled out, which you have no proof of". Absolutely nothing that I said to her was referenced, it was very clearly a copy and paste job.
It's so invalidating and frustrating and I wish I could get my money and my time back.
Absolutely the worst customer service
Absolutely the worst customer service. Every single month I struggle to get my prescription because it takes them a week to 10 days. This is what they specialize in and do they not realize that it’s not good for a persons brain or body to be stopping and starting stimulant medication constantly? I can’t remember the last time a prescription refill went smoothly. It takes them a week to even respond to your email and then it takes your provider another three or four days to fulfill your request. If you’re lucky. One time there was a mistake on their end at my pharmacy that would’ve been a simple fix with a phone call from my provider. Delayed me getting my medication for 10 days. I also can’t remember the last time I was able to speak with a live person. They simply just don’t answer the phone. EVER. All of this is literally an ADHD person’s worst nightmare. I almost would rather just stop receiving care all together and go back to being non-medicated because the struggle just doesn’t seem worth it. I realize that there is a medication shortage, but I am usually able to find the medication but after a week to 10 days of trying to get them to transfer my prescription the pharmacy runs out again. It’s just a vicious circle of hell. I do not recommend starting your treatment with this company. They can blame the medication shortage all they want but the reality is is they are a terrible and unprofessional telehealth company and their medication practices are dangerous. They should be reported to the HHS.
0/5 The woman I met with was not an MD…
0/5 The woman I met with was not an MD to discuss my results of the lengthy assessment I filled out. She refused to show her entire face and lacked the knowledge/ability to answer simple mental health questions regarding medication options, counseling. etc. The name and credentials she used were out of St. Louis and the picture did not match the Dr.'s image that was assigned to that MD's name. The experience was 30-minutes following the assessment price of $299. The 30-minute session was an additional $199. The MD assigned to my appointment was suppose to be Chrysanthy Tsifutis MD. This woman was not her. I will be reporting this company to the licensing board to review the unethical practices used throughout my appointment. What a complete waste time.
I could have died
I was very excited at first, I got my first zoom appointment right away.
My second appointment was this morning and the doctor never joined the appointment. I waited for a half an hour before logging off. During this time I called customer service and was on hold for over 10 minutes before I hung up.
This is extremely devastating because I am having a terrible reaction to the new medication. After doing my own research, I discovered that my antidepressant and the stimulant she prescribed are not to be taken together. It can cause serotonin syndrome, which can be fatal! I have been experiencing mild symptoms of this, even though they are mild, they are disrupting my life. And secondly, why didn't she know these drugs shouldn't be mixed?! Why did I have to discover that myself?
I wrote an email to customer service and all I got back was an automated message saying they received my message but it could be days until someone responds.
I have not been able to stop crying. Avoid this at all costs.
Irresponsible, disrespectful providers
I had to change pharmacies due to the Adderall shortages, Walgreens told me over the phone that they had my XR but they were mistaken. So I was only able to get my IR and not my XR. So I've been out of the XR which I am supposed to take daily for over a month. It is really effecting me to not have the IR medication. ADHD does nothing for you like providers are supposed to do.It should be THEM calling pharmacies trying to help you. Then I get a call my original pharmacy that my Adderall IR from my original pharmacy from December is ready. I had picked up the IR from Walgreens and I didn't know what to do. So I picked that up.This was ONLY after making multiple calls to ADHD online and sending messages because I did not know what to do. The nurse practitioner even suggested I take the IR 20 mg twice a day. Both prescriptions were from ADHD I am not getting prescriptions from different providers. I also take Xanax and Ambien(new med) rarely. She did not review my medications with me. She is obviously judging me for taking controlled substances which I take regularly and do not abuse them. If you get a message back, it is not from the prescriber it is from some it is from some secretary saying "tell her this" I do not appreciate being treated like a drug-seeker because none of this is my fault, and there is an Adderall shortage. She also obviously in judging me for taking other controlled substances. I'm glad this service will be shut down due to new rules and regulations. I plan on writing a letter of complaint to the doctors who own this company as I am NOT a drug seeker, and this situation is entirely because they are irresponsible and don't respond to messages.
The person I waited over a month to…
The person I waited over a month to meet with hung up on me three times.
Remains to be seen if I will ever see a refund for the money I spent. Please do not make the mistake I did. Do not give these criminals your money.
STAY far away from these scam artists
If I could give a -0 star
If I could give a -0 star, I would. This “company” wants your payment information in trade for a test you can find free on the internet. They’ll charge you immediately for being “seen by a doctor”. Customer service is non existent. I’ve reported them to the FDA and anywhere else I can find. I’ve blocked them from my payment account- they still have no trouble attempting to charge my card twice a day. Seeing similar reviews everywhere confirms this nonsense scam company preys on the community looking for genuine assistance. If you’ve had a similar experience, I encourage you to report them.
