What a lovely experience I had with Mrs Shymaa
What a lovely experience I had with adhd certify. I have used them previously before for my daughter. The online process was easy and the assessment online was so welcoming and calm. I was very nervous but Mrs shymaa was lovely, it felt like a conversation with a friend. Very outgoing and friendly. Very in depth and helpful for myself.

I had two former diagnosis of ADHD before coming to ADHD Certify. ADHD Certify are head and shoulders above the rest not just for the quick response and clear communication from Admin but also there professionalism and knowledge.
I had Janine do my assessment and Annisah do my medication initiation. Both are extremely knowledgeable and you can tell they’re both passionate about what they do. They are really caring.
Couldn’t recommend them enough.

After being on the right to choose waiting list for 18 months then told they were stopping all services until 2027 we decided to look for private assessment for my daughter. We filled the forms out for ADHD assessment and were given an appointment 2 weeks later with Garrett. At the assessment he listened to everything we had to say and involved my daughter in the whole process. When the assessment was over we were told she met criteria for diagnosis to be given. He then clearly explained the next steps and that we would have the full report and diagnosis letter within 10 working days. Just 4 working days after we received all the documents. Would highly recommend ADHD Clarity to anyone. Amazing service

The booking process was so easy and I was able to get an appointment within a week. The assessment took place over video call and my assessor immediately put me at ease. I was able to share freely as the assessment felt conversational & non judgemental and the report I received was extremely detailed and thorough which alleviated my fears about the stigma of “going private”.

Toni was great, thorough and congruent, recommended
Toni was great, reassuring and congruent. It was good that she could laugh along at some of my ADHD-based antics but be empathic and supportive when I felt overwhelmed by emotion at times.
The appointment was 90 minutes but I did run over (time-blindness!), Toni mentioned the time run over, but I never felt hurried by her. I felt I was fully able to explain how life had been so challenging for me, and how I had developed many strategies and quirks to help deal with simple things that people often take for granted, but for me can be a battle!
I got my assessment back very quickly. I was impressed that there was a 'work friendly' version and the full assessment as well.
All I would say is don't plan to do anything for the rest of the day. You don't realise just how exhausting it is going to be. I felt really raw and low afterwards, like my soul had been laid bare, but a good bit of support from my family helped me through that.
Getting a diagnosis in later life may seem pointless (52). But it helped make sense of all the madness I have felt and puts things into perspective, so thank you for bringing out what needed to be discussed and processed.
Highly recommended.

I honestly cannot recommend ADHD Certify highly enough.
Living in Northern Ireland, accessing ADHD medication and ongoing support as an adult can be incredibly difficult, and without a service like ADHD Certify, I genuinely feel I might otherwise have no option for the care and treatment I need.
The opportunity they provide to adults in Northern Ireland is, in my opinion, genuinely life-changing and deserves recognition.
Every penny I have spent on my care has, without doubt, been one of the best decisions I have made. From the beginning, I have felt genuinely looked after, valued and cared about. The level of care and professionalism I have experienced has been outstanding.
I would like to thank every member of the team, both clinical and administration. Everyone I have dealt with has been kind, helpful, polite and incredibly supportive. The communication by email has also been excellent — responses are consistently prompt, informative and reassuring, and I always feel that I am being listened to and properly supported.
I would also like to give a special mention to Fade, who is absolutely lovely. I genuinely look forward to my review appointments with her, and I leave them smiling and happy. She makes speaking about my ongoing care such a positive experience.
I also want to recognise how accessible the service has felt financially from my own experience. At no point have I felt that the cost of my treatment and ongoing care was unmanageable, which I think is particularly important when such a high level of professional support is being provided.
To everyone at ADHD Certify — thank you sincerely. You are making a real difference to people's lives, and I feel genuinely delighted and honoured to be receiving my care from you.

Had an appointment for my son with Thomas Forrest, It was such a relief to have someone listen to me and him finally. Thomas was fantastic at explaining everything and making everything make sense. The appointment was not stressful at all. Definitely the best decision i have ever made.
