It was very strange

It was very strange. I ordered a package, paid in full, uploaded the files straight away and nothing. 3 days later I am trying an email - no response. Facebook messaging - nothing. Google meet - nothing. I ended up claiming the payment back via paypal a couple of weeks later and the claim had to be escalated as I still had no response from the company. I did get my money back from Paypal but the whole experience was a waste of my time and it was just weird.
