Was ordered for next day delivery paying additional cost, unfortunately turned up 4 days later. Disappointing service but product is good.

Missing and broken parts
Missing and broken parts . Poor packaging and careless courier. Did get 45.00 compensation which did help with the 185. 00 cost to put things right . Serious buyers regret choosing this company over nisbets
Quality products with reasonable price.
The delivery of shelving that was meant…
The delivery of shelving that was meant to be for a weekend delivery was delayed until the Tuesday even though the order was made before 12:00 on the Friday.
Also a COSHH Cupboard that was purchased was delivered in an unusable manner. The packaging was not damaged however when we got the unit out of the packaging the base is smashed and the unit rocks. when asked for a refund was bluntly told to go away as B-grade units don't count as refundable. even though the unit is not going to pass EHO standards for a safe lockable unit. Still waiting on an answer.

Good products, fast delivery
Just opened a bew business and bought couple of items from them. Some of them like fridges have been delivered in a day or two. Something on offer on the website all the time.
AVOID THIS LOT.
AVOID THIS LOT.
I bought a fridge 9 months ago and it’s stopped chilling the contents.
After sending numerous emails ( you can’t ring them) and videos of thermometers showing the temperature, and ABSOLUTE proof it doesn’t work, they want me to return it at my cost, for an independent engineers examination.
I really don’t trust them to give an honest report as they do everything to make the process obstructive.
They try and prevent you exercising your rights and I ended up abandoning the matter as I’m not putting good money after bad, and don’t have the enthusiasm to take it to court. They fridge doesn’t work, and is in warranty, however they interpret that.
I’d definitely not recommend giving them your money.
Beware of Damaged Goods
Update I raised a cashback claim with my bank Alexa refused to help unless I withdrew. They arranged collection of goods and ignored bank!
So I await bank resolution.
My order arrived damaged, and Adexa have refused to provide a lawful resolution. Instead of acknowledging their obligations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, they attempted to enforce their internal “pallet returns” policy, which includes:
Requiring the customer to pay return costs
Placing transport risk on the customer
Imposing a deduction of up to 20%
These terms are inconsistent with UK consumer law when goods arrive faulty, where the retailer is responsible for providing a remedy. Despite clearly stating that I was rejecting the goods within the statutory 30‑day period, Adexa declined to process a refund and instead stated they would not engage further unless I withdrew a chargeback claim raised with my bank.
For clarity:
Consumers have a legal right to reject faulty goods within 30 days for a full refund
Retailers cannot override statutory rights with their own policies
Additional fees or deductions in this scenario are highly questionable
As a result of their refusal to comply with basic consumer protection requirements, I have escalated this through my bank via chargeback.
Recommendation:
Exercise caution when purchasing. If you encounter similar issues, document everything and be prepared to enforce your rights through your payment provider or formal channels.
It seems we experienced the same issues…
It seems we experienced the same issues with Adexa as everyone below - the commercial fridge arrived damaged on the inside and not fit for purpose. When I could get a response from "customer service", they were rude, abrupt and would just shut down the chat. Unable to speak to an actual person or get any kind of resolution. I am pursuing further legal action and really hope one day Adexa ends up with a class action lawsuit or similar, as there are so many identical experiences to ours.
Terrible experience
Adexa is probably the absolute worst company to deal with in terms of Customer Service. I mean they are reachable via the chat box but when it comes to solving the problem it’s an absolute mayhem. It took me nearly a month, you almost have to be a pest to get anything solved. my first and most important advice would be once you get your product to check that nothing is missing because they have this rubbish policy that says you have to report any missing part within 24 hours and after 24 hours they act like it’s completely out of their hands.!!!!!! like how many people open a package within 24 hours of receiving it !!!!. anyway so basically check a package within 24 hours and email them or fill the form. I bought a shelving unit of nearly £100 and their response was to offer me £5 refund or £10 voucher. Luckily I sent the missing form out at the right time so I insisted on a full refund. If I had not filled the form within the time line they would have used that to their advantage! Absolutely not.! I would say do not buy anything from them at all. Try other options
thank you for support
thank you for support. I am happy for your product. Cheap and fast
Amazing walk in fridge shelve unit
Amazing walk in fridge shelve unit, quick delivery, happy with the quality and it was good value for money, some companies want to charge a fortune for fridge shelving
Shocking company
This is a shocking company and I would advise people to steer well clear. Had a double bar fridge delivered and it was a complete write off. They must have known that before they sent it. They are not interested in sorting issues. Thankfully I had everything recorded and managed to do a section 75 claim through the bank to get my money back. Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
High quality Grinder at a great price.
The grinder is easy to use, feels very high quality and produces superb resultseach time - quickly too!
