Similar experience to the reviews of last few days. Failed on Saturday evening, promised to be with us Sunday (we chased them). Finally arrive two hours late today (horse on the loose even sent us a video which made me think even less there was a horse on the loose). Anyhow, product built with draws on wrong side, mattress not what was ordered. All the persuasion from the delivery driver didn’t convince us we should accept the goods, they wouldn’t take them and we didn’t want to accept them, conscious of any legal grounds that might have given there’s no paperwork to sign or refuse to sign. Ended with confrontation, driver and son becoming very dismissive, borderline agressive and argumentative, washed their hands and drove off in a huff, take it up with customer services (where comms take forever, nobody will pick up a phone, the direct numbers to managers can’t be given out as they don’t speak to customers) we’ll see what Monday brings in today’s Sunday Omnibus edition of Bed Company Specialising in Sleepness Nights

Ordered a single bed for my son 14/8 with expected delivery date 18/19 Aug, once had confirmation email I recieved nothing till I had a text scheduling delivery for 22/08, that come and went with no delivery, replied to number which text to schedule delivery which states read but has been ignored. Tried every other method contact and cannot contact them.. il be trying again tomorrow to contact them and cancel my order as I’ve ordered from somewhere else now, if still can’t contact them will be claiming funds back threw card provider!

Absolutely shocking customer service.

I ordered a bed. I was expecting it Wednesday between 5pm to 9pm. I finally get a call at 11.15 at night telling me he's 2 hours away and can still deliver or he can come back the next day . I say deliver next day
Instead of being bumped to the top of the delivery lists next day I receive a call at 9.30 pm( I was given no updated delivery time) saying he 45 minutes away. By the time he's here it's 10.30 pm I finally get all the bed into my garage at around 11pm.

Upon trying to make the bed I discover that the pre drilled bolts are half a centimetre out making the side frames impossible to fit. They also didn't deliver the slats to run across the bed either

Try calling customer service. No one takes a call. It tells you to leave a message

You can't then leave a message because their message inbox is full.

Quick and easy to order. Test confirming delivery and stayed in all afternoon. Item should have been delivered between 12 and 4 but heard nothing until 5.30 to say they were on there way.

After a difficult start and a missed delivery the bed arrived.
The single courier driver was a lovely guy who assembled and took upstairs on his own. Excellent hard worker.
Very pleased with the bed.

You provided regular updates and it was a speedy delivery. My daughter is really happy with her new bed, thank you.

Delivery was scheduled for Saturday 15th, most of the bed arrived however they was unable to construct it due to a missing piece, they assured me that they would return the next day with the missing piece however it wasn't until Tuesday 18th we was able to get ahold of anyone to schedule the delivery for today Wednesday 19th between 11am and 3pm. It is now 6:50pm and we still haven't received the delivery. 0 calls from the company and we've lost track of the amount of times we've attempted to contact them with no success.

I ordered a mattress. Delivery was prompt and ok apart from the people who delivered it trying to get me to pay them extra to take it upstairs. Contracted the company about that, they apologised.
Noticed a small flaw in the mattress covering. Contacted the company again, sent photos, said I didn't want to return the mattress as too much bother and it'd hopefully not get worse but letting them know in case it did. They apologised again and gave me a small refund.
So far so good.
Slept on the mattress for a while and decided it was too bouncy for me. Told the company I wanted to return it under the 100-night trial and that I might order a different one from them but was undecided. They were very helpful and responsive in answering my questions about alternatives. However I decided to get a different mattress from elsewhere at which point it became a different story.
I had to badger them for a collection date. They eventually sent one but the next day they cancelled it.
They sent me another date and said I'd get a message with a time slot. I didn't get any message and on the designated collection day I contacted them and asked them to confirm that someone was definitely coming to collect and to give me a time slot. Got no reply and nobody turned up to collect. Messaged the company at the end of the day. No reply.

Sadly it seems that this company are super-helpful when you're buying stuff but not if you're returning it.

Update: following my review above I did receive an email from the company. They apologised for the delay, processed my refund (though I didn't actually receive it until they'd got the mattress back) and arranged collection of the mattress a few days later. Said they'd waive the collection charge (I didn't know there was a collection charge). I've amended my score from a 2 to a 4.

Very beautiful bed and appreciated the delivery men brining it into the house for me. Would definitely recommend this company. Good communication too.

Ordering my mattress was so easy, there was hardly any waiting and I was kept informed at every stage. The delivery was on time and easy. The quality of the mattress for the price is fantastic. Thank you.

The choices of headboards was vast, we are happy with the style we chose. The overall quality is of a high standard.
We didn’t realise how heavy they are, it would be nice to have an option to deliver to the first floor instead of the front door. It took considerable effort for me and my partner to take them upstairs.
The packaging was thorough and kept the headboards protected.
I did need to use my stapler where the cloth at the back of the headboard had been torn away.

Very helpful and polite staff on the orderline who knew their product well. Ordered on the Monday, was given a delivery date of that Wednesday (not bad at all as I am in South Devon!). Delivery arrived in good condition, but without the promised email the night before to give me a time. Unfortunately the wrong mattress had been sent. Told to carry on using the one I received until the next week's delivery. Very pleased with the bed which is good quality, looks good, is comfortable and very good value for money.

The delivery service is 5 star & the assembly service is 5 star. The man who done both, he was lovely, pleasant & polite.

The reason for the 4 star and not 5 is because the headboard is slightly off, where there is a line on the headboard it then doesn’t match on the other side, and it looks a little off. Other than this, it is a beautiful bed.
