Great product and price but lost a star…
Great product and price but lost a star for delivery. The delivery partner said they'd attempted delivery; they had not - I was home all day. They then left it at a dpd shop 2 miles away. Veru inconvenient and not great considering delivery was over £7!

Order went to wrong address
Order went to wrong address. Adels wasn’t helpful now having to fight dpd
Just to clarify dpd didn’t deliver to my preference as going to an address with a different name wasn’t on my preferences. Adels hasn’t been helpful even after asking, after I had escalated it to dpd. I am taking this further as it’s a £50+ order.

I attended a Nail Art course at Huddersfield, Sophie was exceptional at running the course, sharing lots of helpful info and showing me lots of nail art ideas. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and can now share my new skills with my clients.
