This is the first time I have dipped my toe in the water regarding digital marketing. Since Freya became my dedicated account manager she has made sure to keep in regular contact with me. Her scheduled team calls are prompt and upbeat. She is aware that my knowledge of this type of service is limited. So she unpicks the terminology and presents it in laymans terms which is understandable to me. What is even more apprecitaed is that she doesn't make me feel inept about it either. She has a positivity about the campaign and imparts ideas that she wishes to try without the thought becoming overwhelming for me. She listens to the experience I have garnered of my business and selects points that may be of use to add depth to the campaign. This two way communication is a priority to me, whereby I feel I am part of the campaign and not just the bill payer. I look forward to the journey we are on together.

I'm sure the company does a good job, but your sales team really needs to learn the meaning of the word "no".

We are constantly being bombarded with sales calls. Looking at our phone system right now, I have 12 blocked numbers from your company. It appears they use rotating numbers, making it almost impossible to block them all, which I find quite concerning.

Every single time they call, I politely ask to have our number removed from their system. Unfortunately, those requests are clearly being ignored, as the calls just keep coming.

If this is how your company treats people who aren't interested, it leaves a very poor impression. Respecting a simple request to stop calling should be the bare minimum.

Wish i had contacted them sooner. The team have been great they explain everything in detail and keep me up to date with all the changes and progress being made. Disappointing experience from a Oneplace2save employee almost cost me my job to be honest. Performance dropped significantly after account changes.

We had a very disappointing experience with the management of our Google Ads account. The account had been generating sales, but after a series of significant changes to the campaign structure, targeting and bidding strategy, performance deteriorated considerably.

One of the biggest concerns was the sudden reduction in visibility and traffic. Changes including a much more aggressive Target ROAS strategy and a large number of negative keywords made the campaigns far more restrictive. Although there was still an occasional valuable conversion, the overall volume dropped substantially.

What is particularly frustrating is that these changes were made to improve efficiency, but the end result was a significant loss of sales and conversion volume. We expected strategic changes to be properly tested and monitored rather than having such a dramatic impact on an account that had previously been producing results.

We would strongly recommend anyone considering their services to make sure they understand exactly what changes are being made to their campaigns and how those changes will be measured.

Since engaging Add People to run my advertising for my online sales business my sales figures have gone from strength to strength.
They are constantly trying to improve and adjust the online side of the business to improve and elevate. Unlike some agencies who in my experience take your money and sit back and do nothing!
I also like the fact that time was taken to get to know me personally, I found every staff member to be highly professional, incredibly pleasant and direct when they have needed to be.
