Most disgusting App. Most user unfriendly. Calling no, WhatsApp and email ID doesn't work.

I’m already a paid member but can’t access the account.. I can’t get otp at all.. I was mail in customer support team but they didn’t respond at all.. So bad customer service and experience..

Cannot access the account despite being a paid member.
And horrible customer service.

I had to hit ONE STAR just because I can't go lower than that. This is by far the WORST ott platform. I don't want to talk about the content, because you have to be able to watch them to comment. The technology is so poor that it's mostly a pain to try and connect. And they do have a customer service, whose job is to remain frikkin' silent to anything that goes their way.

This is the worst OTT app I have experienced. While content looks promising, the videos simple do not load

I am a paid subscriber but I can't login. Messaging on FB or emailing customer service does not work. No one picks up or replies to texts to your customer service number. Poor customer service 🙁

The selection of Bengali Movies, Web Series and short films and many more contents is really good. It covers all kind of genre like romance, detective thriller, Action, drama, historical drama and more flavour. Am the kind of user who is subbed to Prime video and Netflix. I generally do not consume non English content, but originals content of Addatimes is really great quality. Deep storytelling, well crafted scripts and cinematography. In short am impressed. Though I do not consume a ton of Bengali content my parents do and whenever I see a Addatimes Originals I turn out impressed. Excellent job team!
