Faulty item after only 6 months of usage. They suggested a return only after payment of 50% of the item value, despite being eligible for warranty return. No answers despite multiple contacts over several weeks.
Don´t buy anything here. The company doesn´t answer to emails, possibly doesn´t even exist.
No customer support at all and very late delivery. They where so late that I would like to return the goods. But then the refuse to give the return address. This Chinese company don’t keep any law requirements.
After I put the order I saw the delivery was from China. Ok. I tracking the delivery and after 12 days I saw the product was sent back to the sender. I have mail the support twice but no response. I will never buy anything from them anymore.
