I put my Longines watch to Adams to get a replacement crown fitted due to breaking it. Nick kept me up to date regularly whilst the repair was carried out and whilst spares were sourced from Longines. A very professional and cost effective solution to my issue. Very much appreciated the high standard of work carried out which they coordinated.

Posted my Gold Maurice Lacroix watch to Adams Watch Specialist in Aberdeen on 28th November '25. They assessed it and gave me two option for repairing it. Nick did suggest that the cheaper option was possibly best since it didn't need a full movement replacement. So that's the route I took. A bonus was that it was repaired and fully functional and back in time for my 82nd Birthday Celebrations early December....thank you Nick!
Most companies would be steering you to the dearer option, just shows how honest this company is. I have no hesitation in recommending Adams Watch Specialist.

Excellent experience , needed some advise on servicing some watches. The work was done speedily at a reasonable price and all explained thoroughly . There was no pressure or rush to make any decision. Would recommend and will definitely use again.

I sent 2 watches in for repair by post. I had been told by a previous jeweller that one of them was irrepairable.
I received both, safely, back in the post a week later, working and looking good.
Great service, I was nervous of sending the watches through the post as they are of great sentimental value to me, I needn't have worried.
Extremely helpful and professional company to deal with. I would definitely use them again.

Nick is fantastic! My treasured watch had stopped so I sent it up to Adam’s watches. Within a few hours from receiving my watch, I received an email apologising that water had penetrated my watch which had caused it to stop working.
Communication was made every step of the progress.
Nick fitted a new mechanism and advised that he would keep it for a few days to ensure all was working ok. All is fine and my watch is on its way back to me. Highly recommend! 5 ⭐️ service every time!

From first contact right through the whole process of dealing with this company everything was completely seamless and professional. I sent two Gucci watches for repair (I wasn’t sure if this would be possible since they are both older so I was unsure if parts would still be available). Upon receipt of the package, I was immediately given a breakdown of costs and the repair was done almost simultaneously and sent back the same day. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and with all heartedly recommend Adams Watch Specialists again!

I handed Adam’s Watch Specialist two of my watches for repair/ special battery replacements fully expecting a day or so in the repair shop before completion. Nick, the specialist asked a couple of questions as to the history of the watches and said he could have them repaired in “a couple of hours” Blimey that’s a “while you wait” service. You can only get that nowadays at ear piercing shops!
This brilliant news, Nicks professional demeanour and the line of customers behind made me at peace with the world once more. Excellent service and I recommend Adam’s Watch Specialist of Aberdeen. Nick will make time for I’m sure.

First Class service on my recent watch repair/service, Excellent communication during the whole process as I had to post the watch for repair, Quality second to none compared to others.

Having approached other watch repairers to be told my repair couldn’t be done Adam’s came to the rescue. Communication via email was excellent & necessary as I don’t live nearby. I posted my watch and received it back a few weeks later all repaired. I was kept well informed about the repair options and I felt that the price was good.
I would definitely recommend Adam’s Watch Repair Specialists.

My watch sounded like there was something loose inside the mechanism, popped in on the off chance someone could look at it. Staff were brilliant, had a Quick Look and found the rotor arm had came loose, fixed it there and then. Would definitely use and recommend Adams

Fabulous personal service. I enquired about a watch repair and received an immediate response even though it was outwith opening hours. I am not local so all correspondence was by email. All queries were answered quickly. They contacted the manufacturer to find out if the part was available, ordered it and completed the repair . I couldn’t ask for better service. Highly recommended. What an experience. It has been a very long time since I have had service like this, 5 stars is not enough. I contacted Adams Watch Specialist Ltd via a Web inquiry as I had attempted to change a battery in a watch myself. In doing this a few other parts fell out which I had no idea where they went. Nick replied and after a few email said they could sort the issue for me. I posted the watch next day and as soon as it arrived Nick was in touch. He then was in touch again to say that the repair was complete and he was going to do tests at the weekend. Monday came and Kayleigh was in contact to say all was OK with the Watch so I paid for the repair and the watch was returned. This is just an outstanding service from start to finish. I was kept up to date all the time, I had no need to contact anyone. If only other companies would be like this. Thank you so much Nick & Kayleigh.

Totally Fantastic! I wanted my MVMT watch battery replacing, got a very quick quote, so I sent by RM Special Delivery. Battery replaced, watch checked over & sent back Special Delivery within a day, totally brilliant service from start to finish - thank you Adams Watch Specialist, highly recommended :-)

I contacted Nick via email as I am in Manchester and wanted a specialist in Vivienne Westwood watches. I explained the problem with my watch and within 1 hour Nick came back to me with a solution and price to have my VW watch repaired. I posted my watch the day after, Nick emailed to say he received it the following day and would be in touch if there was anything I needed to know. The work was completed the same day and I paid exactly what he quoted me (no hidden extras), which was a quarter of the price I was quoted from my usual place (needless to say i wont be using them again). I received my watch back, packaged very securely with a receipt and paperwork of the work that was carried out. It was all polished too, very shiny. To say I'm pleased is an understatement I am over the moon and I will definatly be using them again, they are a very honest and trustworthy company.

I asked for an Initial quote for a replacement glass for my damaged Vivienne Westwood watch, Nick was quick to get in touch offering me an exact estimate and also providing prices for return shipping/ additional services such as battery replacement.

I sent my watch to the workshop as I was extremely happy with the quote, communication was excillent once they recieved it, I recieved a email explaining the different options for the repair, the pricing for each option aswell as attached pictures of how the suggested repair looked on my watch.

The communication was proffesional and I was always responded to immediately.
I was extremly impressed with the fast time it took for the repair and once the payment was sent the watch was shipped out immediately to the adress I provided.

A truly hassle free, exceptional service.
