Property purchase - Unprofessional Dealing

We had a purchase agreement with the seller for property listed in West Drayton Jefforson House. It was a three bed property and price was agreed. The seller appointed a solicitor who did not fulfil the requested documents from my solicitor. Moreover he seller's solicitor gave a deadline (without fulfilling documentation requests that was given well in advance) . Finally solicitor sent a message that due to delays (from his own side) he wanted to stop the sale. I called out Actwin who raised their hands stating it's an issue with seller. I have all the evidences and emails clearly concluding that the seller's solicitor did not supply documents for over three months and then started cribbing over delays. This has cost me money for my solicitor, I had to pay for rent in my current property with mental stress. No support from Actwin the process as an agent. Unprofessional . Do not trust them at all
