Breach of guidelines
Cowboys, do not touch
Problem one, funding the account takes a long time. It is a manual mon-fri business hours process.
Problem 2 Support is not 7 days, not 24 hr
Problem 3 support does not get back to you
Problem 4 the telephone number does not connect to the managment desk e.g. English desk. The call was picked up by someone who was not front line, did not introduce himself, did not take my details
properly, hung up.
Problem 5 they do not respond to emails
Problem 6 the big one…. Trying to transfer funds out and close down…. Their policy is to refund to sending account, not a problem but they have lost the details. Be cause of their poor customer service, I can get hold of anyone to sort it out.
Problem 7 no answer on their online chat

I have enjoyed ActivTrades until now, but I placed a withdrawal more than 48 hours ago and the money is still in my trading account. Update - they sorted this before the review even got posted!

Activtrades is the best broker
Activtrades is the best broker that I have used so far. Platform options are many, you got the Tradingview which is my personal favorite. Activetrader platform (Activetrades own platform) which is the Tradingview clone and they have mt5. I love Tradingview and Activetrader. The spreads are too good for all assets and stocks, it is difficult to see such low spreads on stocks cfds, 0 commissions on trades. They have an investor profile for stocks which is again beautiful, 0 swaps on that and 1:1 leverage. You got futures cfds on futures which is again something I trade all the time. In short, you got everything here. Withdrawals are fast, only Drawback was depositing money using UPI, it takes a few days sometimes for the deposit to be completed, withdrawals are fast though. Amazing customer support, it becomes really easy to communicate. Easy 5 star for Activetrades. :)

Experience of depositing funds
I use wire transfers as the mean for replenishing the account and it's cool ActivTrades also offers this option. I am aware of a slightly extended period of transaction processing, but I don't bother much. I am in no hurry, so I am ready to wait for my funds to be credited as much as required.
Have never experienced any difficulties with that, thanks.

Poor Little Broke Broker.
The system sent my crypto withdrawal to some other wallet that is entirely different. I showed my video of binance showing the source of deposit and the address that I put in their third party money handler.
But they keeps saying they sent it.
I open announce to donate my money to this poor broker. Stay happy.

There is drama in connection to my…
There is drama in connection to my withdrawal. At first I found out only when I was trying to withdraw my $20.71 that the minimum is $25. Then I traded to up to $26.20, and on trying to withdraw that same night, I was told I had to wait 24 hours for the day's profits to be available for withdrawal. Yesterday I put in a withdrawal request to a Crypto wallet (which, according to their website, takes 30 minutes). Now after more than 24 hours and having spoken to their live chat, my request still hasn't been approved. This is bad. My withdrawal ticket number is 458459.

I am not a fan of the single account…
I am not a fan of the single account setup going on here. I really do not like it. However, the broker comes up with a good save by providing special accounts for professional traders, institutions... stuff like that. It emphasizes that the individual account is for the common everyday trader. But the trading conditions of the account do impress.
The spreads are really tight, and it is the same for the pro account. The leverage is fair and the pro account offers a wider leverage range. Leverage is a tricky thing and traders, especially novices, need to be careful with it.
The trading platforms are also reliable and are packed with tools. The MTs have activtrades exclusive indicators as well. And the Tradingview platform needs no introduction.

Yesterday I started trading with this broker and let me share my first impression.
The reason why I choose ActivTrades is because of their good reputation as a reliable and trustworthy broker. While there were brokers with slightly better trading conditions on my shortlist, regarding the options of account types, payment methods available etc. choosing a platform that is considered safe and secure was paramount for me.
The onboarding process was simple. ActivTrades’ platform is stable and I am satisfied with the speed of execution. The spreads are quite tight, as I expected them to be.

Don't come close to this company I have been trading here for few years now every few months a new thing pops out long time ago I discovered they bump spreads to crazy spreads during night time so you just hit your stop losses and they give bs explanations about the liquidity provider then I found out they have contracts that expire in February while they are called as April contracts tried to contact regulation it's been over a month now with no response so I guess they are also not regulated now my trades hits tp they are telling me it didn't don't come any close to this awful place do your self a favor also all this good reviews are fake ....
