Placed an order 15days ago, have emailed twice, no reply and no correspondence from this company. Previous experience had been good, really disappointed this time!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They have taken the payment twice from our account. Goods ordered took 6 weeks to arrive, they do not answer emails and there is no contact number for them. I have now had to raise the dispute with our bank to try to recover the money.

Do not purchase from this company, my dad order a heated gillet in February, they took £78 and never heard from them again, I emailed twice about this item and never heard anything from them Im surprised they can still be trading. Absolute scam company

I’m yet another to add to the bad reviews. Purchased an item 10th May (today is 28th June). After a couple of weeks no item. Contacted customer services to be told item was out of stock but it was on its way. Numerous emails later from myself requesting a refund and absolutely no response from the company. PLEASE AVOID!!

I would not recommend ordering from Active Wear Group Ltd.
I placed my order over a month ago and am still waiting for my items. Shortly after ordering, I received an email saying the products were out of stock. I was later informed they were back in stock, but despite this, my order has still not been dispatched.
Communication has been extremely poor. My emails are now being ignored, and after requesting a refund, I have received no response whatsoever.
Very disappointing customer service. If you expect timely delivery and responsive communication, I would look elsewhere.

Absolute joke of a company placed an order took my money then never sent the order out have tried getting in touch numerous times but just get ignored

I ordered T shirts and they never arrived. I think this may be a scam. Don't use them.

Unfortunately purchased 3 tee shirts from this site before reading previous reviews. After 2 weeks I emailed and got a reply saying my items were"out of stock a the time of order but were now back in stock and would be delivered shortly." Needless to say after 6 weeks and no response to any of my further emails, nothing has been sent and no response to refund requests. Please beware.

Ordered 2 tunics 3rd June. Nothing arrived, no reponse to my e mails. Have i been ripped off ?? DO NOT order from here.

I ordered some t-shirts from ActiveWear on 2nd June and so far no t-shirts have been sent and no reply from the emails I have sent the company regarding my order.
This is the worst service I have ever known and I will be requesting a refund from them if this is not sorted, I'm pretty sure this is fraudulent due to the fact it is happening so often to a lot of people.

Scam. Took money, no product, no communication. Scumbags!

Paid out £18.50 for T-shirts and this "company" pockets the money and forgets about your order. Endless E-mails, calls to non existent people is their deceitful mojo. I've tried very hard to contact them. Absolutely no joy so if I was you forget them and search elsewhere.

Don't bother ordering. They don't send your items out or communicate with you. Waited two weeks for order, send a ticket and email. No response within THEIR given times. Go to request money back and they have a message up to email this guy...don't bother just get money back. They do not reply at all.

Placed an order on 19th May which never arrived and then they took another payment from me on 6th June without permission from my PayPal account. I've contacted PayPal and been refunded for one payment but the 2nd payment is under review so awaiting my refund for that.
They're obviously scam merchants and definitely not to be trusted. I usually always check on trust pilot before placing an order but the site looked really genuine so didn't on this occasion, I wish I had and lesson learnt for next time.

Wow! I came onto here to place a review and wished I’d looked earlier - I never would have placed my order. My order was promised in 7-10 days. Yes, you’ve guessed it, 6 weeks later, nothing. In fairness, I’ve been in touch with them several times.
I’m cutting this short … I told them to cancel my order. No refund - not a surprise. Told them I would ask for redress through my bank and gave them proper notice. I now have my refund.
If something is cheap, it’s probably cheap for a reason.

Worst purchase experience I've ever had. Did not receive confirmation email even after chasing. No response to emails. Finally arrived after 3.5 weeks (despite paying for next day delivery). Think I only received because I had opened PayPal dispute. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing.

Ordered a school P.E kit on 26th May and still haven't received it despite the email saying delivery in 3 - 7 business days. Have spent ages trying to contact the company but there is no phone number and numerous emails have been completely ignored. I have now claimed the money back through my credit card. This company appears to be a total scam.

They are really not even worth 1 star. I ordered 3 polo shirts on the 18th May and I've emailed the company numerous times and they just keep saying there was a delay with the supplier. I would avoid this company. I have read other reviews which say the same wish I had read them before I placed my order.

My order hasn't arrived and they never respond to my emails. Can't find a phone number to call them to ask for refund

I ordered a sun hat on May 26th, still not arrived.
