First time customer
First time customer, and I missed the shipping cost of getting a handle with my hoe. Received a message from James asking if I’d rather purchase the handle locally and save $120. I would have been so annoyed with myself once I realised my mistake. Even though it wouldn’t have made any difference to ActiveVista profit wise, they went out of their way to check in, in order to save me money. Much appreciated!

Super efficient service. Really appreciated the follow up on the phone when a clarification on the order was required. I chose the pick-up option and one recommendation would be clearer signage. Electronic maps aren't always super accurate and it would be easy to drive straight past.

Active Vista have a great range of seeds. I purchased ones to use for micro herbs.
I have already sprouted some radish, which have a sharp, peppery flavour.
Germination rate was close to 95%
Small packets are easy to handle and have a self seal top.
