Very informative and very helpful and very professional

I employed Action Refund to help me recover €28,000 scammed by people calling them selves Clearsave who pretend to be crypocurrency brokers.
We first tryed to recover money from my bank dealing directly with them. Action Refund writing numerous letters up to 36 pages with no positive result
We then went to the Ombudsmen with numerous letters we finally got a response .There first offer was€500 .We kept at them and got an offer of€7000 that we accepted.
I was dealing with Dana from Action Refund and couldn't say enough about her professional approach and quality of the letters she wrote.
I would certainly recommend Dana and Action Refund if you are looking to recover you money.

Don't trust. Its a f. Company

Action refund is also scam. STAY AWAY!

Please don´t trust this "company". They are also scammers. They promise they can help you just to get your to make the prepayment. They make you sign the contract and take your money, and nothing more. Stay away from them and don´t be naive and desperat like me.
If you´ve lost money with card, go to your bank, they can help. Otherwise (wire trnasfer, crypto) there is nothing to do unfortunately .
