Credible business partner
Over my several years experience working with the Actionpoint team they have been continuously focused on our needs by completing our packaging orders both to the quality standard agreed and on time. In case of urgent order requests, they have been often finding ways to expedite delivering these. I find Actionpoint a credible business partner which I do enjoy to work with and that would reccomend to others.

Great Company
We have been using Actionpoint for a few years now and have always been extremely pleased. The products are good quality and anything new we want to trial is met with help and assistance along the way. Any problems are solved without delay. Overall a great company to work with.

We've had problems with delayed deliveries and wrong/ mislabelled items being delivered.
On a positive note, the packaging review they provided was very useful and the team over there are friendly.

Terrible service, awful low quality products. My delivery was late and then I spoke to a very rude lady.

The company i work for (Guardian Fall Protection) in Sheerness buy our boxes and packaging products from actionpoint and they are always friendly and helpful with a 1st class delivery service.
They always keep you updated and informed incase of any delays aswell.

Brilliant customer service
Brilliant customer service, very friendly and polite. I felt that all staff was very understanding of our needs and did everything they could to give me the best service they could. Most importantly they are very quick to reply to emails and on the phones. Best supplier I have liaised with for a while and I would definitely recommend them to others.
