Game dev is a scammer

This game developer engages in fraudulent activity. They also will not allow me to write an honest review warning other people of their thievery on the App Store regarding their game that scammed me (Merge Cat Cafe:Coffee Cat). My reviews keep being mysteriously erased every time I post one, no matter what I say, which is odd because I see other reviews criticizing them for the same thievery. Clearly they have blocked me from warning others.

This past month, they stole $30+ from me that they owed me for playing their Meow Merge Cat Cafe game for hours and hours via the HeyCash offer platform. It might not sound like much, but if you’re familiar with earning via an offer wall, you’ll know how long it takes to achieve a goal that pays as much as $30. I can’t stress enough how many hours over the course of weeks it took to earn that $30+.

You are promised payouts for reaching certain milestones (for example, for reaching level 74 I was supposed to be paid over $30.) This required a TON of play time, wherein they earned multitudes of money from me watching endless ads. When it came time to pay, no payment occurred. I contacted both HeyCash and ActionFit.
The former, as usual, is never helpful in these instances, and merely gives the excuse that the game dev didn’t track the progress, and so no payment will be given. What always happens is the survey app blames the dev and the dev blames the survey app. How convenient for them after they all made a profit off of their users, huh?
The latter replied to me with what appeared to be urgency and concern, but ghosted me after a couple emails, leaving me high and dry.

As mentioned, I can’t even leave a review on the App Store because they keep removing anything I say. How is that even allowed?
In the end, I would not recommend playing these games with the expectation of being paid, especially for the higher amounts. The devs will purposely stop tracking your progress after a certain point, knowing full well there is no recourse for the user to obtain the funds they are rightfully owed. No one is on the user’s side. They know they are stealing from people and that there is no real way to hold them accountable for it, so they continue stealing our time and money. Shame on them.
