Paid extra for the physical edition of the camping card and guide. Nearly two months later and I still haven't received it. Customer service have no help and have been dodging responsibility for it. Definitely avoid giving them your money.

Well just like ACSI Customer Service. Useless app.
Zoom in and sites vanish. zoom out to far same happens.
ask for directions and won't via Waze or Google.
Can't copy address in the app to enter details on Google maps
Was emailed to take up app and advised would get the book by Xmas. not the case told by customer services that email was a mistake.
asked for refund. and guy laughed and put phone down.

Poor company with absolutely NO customer service. Tried for the last two months to cancel my subscription without luck, but they still charge ☹️
Stay away.

Dodgy organisation. Took annual subscription without warning, or cooling-off period. Refused to refund. I advise not to have anything to do with this dishonest organisation.

Having signed up for a single 2024 digital acsi card I was surprised to have a renewal automatically taken from my account and an invoice sent to me 5 minutes later for a 2025 subscription.
I contacted the company within 5 minutes of getting the renewal bill to say that I didn't renew the subscription and didn't want it as I am not intending to go to Europe this year.
Advised that I needed to cancel the Subscription 3 days prior to my original purchase ending which as I didn't get any pre-warning, did not do, additionally my previous ASCI card didn't automatically renew.
The agent said that they couldn't cancel until 2026 and that they could not reimburse the payment.
Having read the terms and condition's article 10 I explained that I had 14 days cooling off period which he stated doesn't cover digital products. (Not seen in the T&C's)
I asked to speak to a manger but was told that I couldn't as he was out, so I requested him to get the manager to contact me but he refused.
A warning to anybody contemplating using this company, make sure you cancel the subscription as soon as you receive the digital card as it is a automatically renewed Subscription and they will not inform you,
I have no issues with the product and have used it successfully for the last few years with great savings .

Certainly a company not to be trusted. Refused to publish my negative review following a break in on Chartres site. I challenged them on this and they simply didn't respond. Told them I wouldn't be renewing but they took money using an out of date bank card!
Given that out of season most sites give a discount anyway then not worth joining them!

Absolute nightmare, now cancelled for the last 2 years yet they still auto renewal my membership.

When you contact them they cannot refund this charge but will promise to cancel the auto renewal.

Spoke with issuing bank and going through a chargeback process.

Took Annual Acsi membership in August 2024 to rent a campervan in Bilbao. Then in October they took a second payment allegedly for 2025. No email notification received tried to cancel and they refused. Beware this company. No customer service and they will try to take your money off you year after year

This company has scammed me by renewing my membership without my authorisation and will not return my money or answer my emails.

Absolutely untrustworthy. I have been trying for weeks now to get a refund for a returned book. Acsi blame brexit????? I fail to see the connection.
