I just arrived in London, and already feel like home
I just arrived in London, and thanks to Acres Property, I already feel like home.
With this agency, I was able to find my room and fill all the paperwork in less than a week. The people are really nice and they make you feel special as a customer, as they are looking for the best room that suits your needs.
Special shoutout to Ben and Natalia who have been super helpful for viewings and finishing all the paperwork.

The property was nice. It had everything I needed. It was in an ideal location, close to greenery, shops, pins and restaurants. The furniture was in good condition and the room was spacious with good storage. Anytime the property needed something done, my tenancy agent handle it right away. Good service.

Acre makes life very easy by providing wifi, covering utility bills, cleaners and more for just one fixed payment a month.
They're very prompt with the repair works that are needed to be carried out, and enough notice is given before anyone is to enter the property to come to fix an issue.

By far the best letting agent/landlord…
By far the best letting agent/landlord I have ever had!!
In my 15 years of renting properties, I have never known such a helpful and efficient letting company!
The property is of a great standard and Acre often carry out maintenance and checks and upgrade appliances etc. without even being asked.
They have a really slick and user-friendly site for reporting repairs and always act on requests really quickly. They also take any complaints/concerns very seriously and go above and beyond to make sure they are addressed.
The team provide a really effective and professional service, whilst also being very warm and friendly.
A huge thanks to Jonathan and the team for all their hard work!
