I wish I could give this company 0…

I wish I could give this company 0 stars. First of all, their team was extremely disorganized for the initial calls. Their zoom link didn't work and there was wasted time.

There was a set up fee of $3500 that is overpriced for no reason. The set up is extremely simple.

After countless revisions and iterations, their bot still made many mistakes. It would not pause properly and engage in conversation like a normal human.

They promised the product was great. After pointing out the mistakes, I could tell I hurt their ego a bit. They kept re-iterating to me that the product was perfect and had no mistakes.

After I requested that they write the prompt, I listened to a conversation they had with the bot, since they claimed my conversation was too complex, and normal humans wouldn't ask a bot these questions...

so after I let them do this and listened to the call, the bot still had many mistakes and they refused to accept this. We asked for a refund and they denied the refund as well. I explained there was no way we could have this bot speak to clients in such a way. It was a completely failed project.

This technology is brand new and their product stinks. Don't trust them. It's a scam. You'll never implement the product in your business and your customers will hate it if you do! No upside, just downside.
