Mysterious transaction appeared for NZ84.49 overnight. The merchant was listed as Lembeem Kwun HKG for whom I canot find any details online. Clearly a scam, and although it may not be Acqra, they are guilty of supporting scammers. Clearly they don't care about checking the credibility of their merchants. I've never had any contact with Acqra or the merchant and never ordered anything online outside of Aotearoa (New Zealand) Update- to their credit, they arranged a refund a few weeks later.

I was definitely scammed. I never used or heard of this site in my life and Thankfully my bank reached out to me it was a charge for $88.42. Absolutely ridiculous happening on a weekend had to block my card and can’t access funds until tomorrow when I get a new one.

Transaction Fraud – 77 Euros Charged with No Purchase Made, no help from customer support
Quattro giorni fa mi sono stati tolti 77 euro dalla carta in una transazione non autorizzata intestata a questa società. Vedendo le loro risposte alle recensioni su trustpilot ho compilato il form per mandargli una segnalazione e investigare sulla situazione ma ancora non ho ricevuto risposta. Non avevo effettuato alcun acquisto in quella data di conseguenza non saprei minimamente collegare questa transazione ad un rivenditore, nonostante loro dicano di essere seplicemente un payment service provider.
Four days ago, 77 euros were taken from my card in an unauthorized transaction attributed to this company. After reading their responses to reviews on Trustpilot, I filled out the form to send them a report and investigate the situation, but I still haven't received any response. I did not make any purchase on that date, so I have no idea how to connect this transaction to any retailer, even though they claim to simply be a payment service provider.

ZERO STARS!!!! Every single review on this website is of people being scammed. Why is this company not being held accountable? This is ridiculous! Something needs to be done. Yesterday I noticed this business tried to charge my card: Acqra Gdscnssm $80 (U.S.) I have not ordered anything from anywhere except Amazon.
Thankfully my card company didn't recognize it and it was declined. Now I have to cancel my card and order another one which is a huge inconvenience!!

They are simply using people's credit and debit cards without their knowledge.. Banks should not let any payments go through this company and they should be investigated promptly and shut down.. The company might be in the middle of a financial crisis and are using their final days to take as much of people's money as possible.. I nearly ruined my relationship by accusing my girlfriend of trying to use my card behind my back... I wonder how many people were in this situation of accusing someone close to them 👮

Well Acqra contacted me & asked for more details ie email address. I still haven’t heard from them or the company I ordered airfryer from. They took £49.09 of my money & iv received absolutely NOTHING!!
I think Facebook should be held responsible for allowing ads like this that are not legitimate. It’s really not on!

Scammers tried to use my credit card for a payment. Bank stopped it but now I have to get a new card.
This company ACQRA seems to be a scammers paradise and any mention of the company acting as a payment platform should be avoided and reported as soon as possible.
