I had a lot of anxiety regarding calling up to speak about my extremely personal emotional situation which has led me into debt. The gentleman I spoke with, Ali couldn’t have been more understanding, helpful, compassionate, professional, the list goes on.

He has made what I thouht would be an extremely difficult call, something that was so reassuring and easy and I couldn’t thank n him enough.

He explained everything to me clearly, helped find the right option for me, offered me multiple streams of extra support from different sectors.

Such a lovely gentleman and I couldn’t be more grateful he was the one to pick the phone up to my call.

Suddenly, out of the blue, this appalling vulture of a company is coming after a debt from a company that hasn't existed since 2011 and has not been paid or acknowledged for over ten years. Any money owed is long since statute barred and ACI absolutely know that. Today, a man from Verify visited A NEIGHBOUR to ask if I lived on the street! How on earth is that legal? He was very confused and upset that the "nasty man" will come back. How DARE YOU! I will not engage with you. I still can't believe you'd ask my neighbour about me, you awful awful people. You know very well these debts are unenforceable and I know you just want to scare people into paying. You should be ashamed of yourselves. If you come again I will call the police.

They are very understandable to make easy payments until the end and they are very nice people

Getting touch with ACI was quick and easy. The member of staff that dealt with my case was called and he sorted my issue quick and professionally. He came across a friendly and put me at ease

Hard enough to get hold of to begin with as telephone cut out mid call on there need. Hanging up? Blames it on technical problem but seems to be ongoing months later. Had confirmation of last payment but month later the payments are still being taken. I await there response

Spoke to an agent called Sultan and he was very helpful. Spoke with a friendly manner and explained everything I needed to know clearly.

Keep sending messages over the past 2 years calling me Cathy saying to contact them about my debt!? My names not Cathy and I dont have any debt? When I called and explained the lady on the phone asked me for my personal details, such as name, date of birth and address. I told her I am not willing to give my info as you think my names Cathy. She then asked if I had ever lived at another address which she mentioned. I said no. She said she would remove my number from the system. So hoping I dont get anymore messages.

The agent Kazi was a good listener, empathetic and did everything he could to help me, causing me less stress than I was already feeling. He Was understanding of my personal circumstances and managed to have me laughing by the end of the call and feeling less stressed about the debt I owed.
