Customer service skill

I just finish talking to a Henry a advisor, who made me feel very relaxed. He was so understanding. I was feeling very anxious about making the call, but he put me at ease. No judging. Thank you Henry

Good customer service

Less than one star if I am honest, should be able to give minus rating

Less than one if I am honest. I have been chased by this company for a debt that I have proved over and over again is not mine as the period the debt is for was after I vacated the property. The incompetence is unbelievable and quite frankly I feel I am now being harassed by them. I have provided evidence several times proving the debt is not mine, including the fact that the account number for my account with EDF and the account number with the debt are completely different. Am absolute shambles of a company

consistently get calls and messages for…

consistently get calls and messages for a “Sarah”. I have informed many times on the phone that I do not know who this person is.. they apologise & say they will remove my number yet the calls and messages keep on coming ! if it keeps up I will be making a complaint to the ombudsman.

This company refuse to accept that the debtor doesn't reside at the sent address

This company refuse to accept that the person that has a debt has not and does not live at the address they are writing and visiting. Despite numerous attempts at calling and explaining, dealing with rude objectionable agents that refuse to accept the situation. That this person DOES NOT LIVE at the address. THEY even state that it is up to person living there to determine where the debtor is! Outrageous and shocking behaviour. I have owned the property for 21 years and noone of the debtors name has ever resided there. It is a family home being harassed by an objectionable company, even though they state 'We promise to be fair and transparent' ' we believe in integrity and respect to your privacy'. That ethic clearly passes them by when they won't accept a truth. Oh and if an agent is bothered, this complaint is about the letters and visits regards an account with a ref of 3907860. I have put the date of one of the letters received.
