Return client was very disappointed
The different sites and logins are confusing, and I had issues getting logged into just to see my subscription info.
The MS-700 Teams videos were well out of date. There were no practice test or labs available for MS-700 or Teams in general
I had to drop them lower after they renewed my subscription when I know I made sure it didn't auto-renew right after signing up. Steer clear!

Overall Review - Excellent
The instructors, virtual labs and practice tests are awesome! If you take one of these certification's course at a tech school or then it would cost you around $5000 each! All you need is your own motivation and drive!

Hands on learning
I love ACI learning because they have videos that explain everything on hand and they have virtual labs that we can practice at the same time with watching videos.
A tiny issue with their virtual lab is that one or two of the labs, their virtual machines are not working which need to be fixed. Other than that, I love it you should try it.

I have been a subscriber for several years, and the content is extensive, thorough, and very helpful for the visual learners among us. I did have a hiccup with my subscription renewal and some difficulty getting accounts receivable to respond to me, but we did eventually get it handled. I would definitely recommend this platform if you find study books as boring as I do!

I had issues logging in but I was just going to the wrong portal. Multiple people reached out to help and even followed up after to make sure I was taken care of. Great customer service. As far as actually using ACI it can be overwhelming at first especially for a beginner but they have guided paths to help you out
