A Wealth of Information at Your Fingertips.

If it wasn’t for ACI Learning I would not have passed my CySA+ certification test. The virtual instructors were amazing. The course material covered helped me tremendously. I look forward to utilizing more virtual classes for future tech certs throughout my career.

Bring back the Original format.

The original cast Lowery, Pezet, Wong, he other guy with the neck chain, The older lady with blue gray hair the lady who smiles alot and the female with glasses young and edgy older guy with beard and earings few other I forgot names were bindge worthy watchable and felt real down to earth while im learning. The learning is far from dry like other trainings on YT, coursera, udemy, skillport . Its vibrant personable, funny, went from them talking to the actaul labs as examples and many graphics or slides that explained the criteria well which allowed me to focus with short breaks of laughter. Tbh I would bring back ITprotv insights depending on your metrics or stats as I found this kind of trading extremely valuable in the past but see that things are slowly becoming dated. I get acquisitions mergers and money involved including possible waist or streamlining content for businesses versus individuals but ai think the original concept style is what differentiated ITProTV from the rest of the mundane trains I recive at work with cheap flash 2D graphics cartoons. They all felt american and knowledgeable in what they where teaching.

I was unable to access the course

I was unable to access the course materials for two days. Additionally, my experience with customer service was disappointing, and I have not received a follow-up to my last email sent over three days ago. The program layout is also confusing, with a cluttered and busy interface that makes navigation difficult.

Miss the old crew

Very sad all of the very established teachers were let go and the platform changed so much. It was atleast at the time, the easiest to follow along with.

Fantastic Training Courses!

Fantastic Training Courses!

The guys and gals at ACI learning know how to make entertaining and informative videos. I specifically like how they have it setup like a "talk show" and how one host is the "expert" who explains concepts and the other host who asks the questions that the viewers might be asking as well. I couldn't ask for a better training experience. They have courses that span a wide variety of certifications/career paths and training labs !!

Easy to use and comprehensive

We find the ACI learning platform to be easy to use as well as comprehensive. Our technicians have used this platform for training on numerous Microsoft certifications. It's also very reasonably priced and has saved us significantly on training material costs.

It’s a good resource

The people in the videos are really nice and easy to listen to. I almost use it as a background tv show. But sometimes certification focused courses stray a little from the curriculum or focus on the wrong things.

As a website it’s pretty nice but if you pause a video and take too long to come back the video crashes and you have to refresh your browser

Content is good with experienced…

Content is good with experienced educators. I will need to give the recent website UI changes a try. The next issue to resolve with be updating the Android and iOS apps as they tend to crash and have Chromecasting issues. An AI q&a section at the bottom of each video and topic time stamping would be nice, combined with a more active/promoted discussion forum.

Don't use if you want actual help...

Does it have a wide variety of content for different pruposes? Yes. Does it actually work or do they actually support when things go wrong? Absolutely not.
I have been unable to access the practice exams for about a week now. It took me spamming the support email for a day to get any kind of response and then its just the help desk flunky saying "We're on it". I even provided all the diagnostics I could with the browser logs, results and such, even a full recounting of all the typical BS the helpdesk flunkies tell you to do to distract you from the fact that they aren't actually working your issue. I doubt they have even looked at what I sent to be honest because then they would see what the problem was. At this point I am demanding a refund since the only part of the service I need from them IS NOT WORKING AT ALL AND NO HELP IS BEING GIVEN.
