They did not file our declarations correctly and had to go for a citation at the ONSS which thought we where trying to run a sweatshop as none of the employee paperwork was correct.
Furthermore here are some of the highlights of working with them:
- Not answering emails, even after relaunching them 5 times
- In two years 5 different people managed our case (no handover) you can imagine that with such a high turnover its a shitmess in their office.
- Person we managed to get on the phone (only competent one told us that she was leaving the company as most of her colleagues because the management in the brussels office was extremely toxic. (THIS SEEMS TO BE A BRUSSELS ISSUE)
- We stopped hiring people and they kept us charging for a service we did not ask nor required even after communicating it to them
- Only way to get them to do anything is through the phone (get ready to listen for hours to their waiting music)
In few more words... They are the cheapest for a reason
AVOID AT ANY COSTS, work with someone more pro like SD Works, Securex or any other as it will save you quite some headaches.
