I ordered some coil packs and plugs for my 06 Hummer. I was going through a move and dealing with a family medical issue so didn’t have time right away to replace the new parts. When I finally got around to replacing them they were totally wrong. I’ve emailed this company I have tried calling the phone number listed. I’ve left messages all with 0 response, replacement or refund. I’ve read of another person same vehicle having the same issues with this company. I think they have horrible customer service and an unwillingness to make their mistake right with customers. I ended up ordering from some other website. Now I am stuck with some parts I have no use for and I’m out at least $150.00. I would say use a more reputable company because this one has a hard time with fixing their mess ups.

I purchased a product that failed in 6 months time that has a listing of a 2 year warranty. The product has 10 parts to it but sold as a whole in 2 parts... 8 coils on 2 rails... So when the ignition coils started to fail 2 went then another 1 a few days later & after contacting them they told me that they'll replace just the 2 coils. Anyone knows mechanically you never replace or mix old parts with new one's when it comes to engine firing. If you have a warranty at all; then you should honor it exactly how it was purchased, not break it up into parts & peices. This is pretty poor customer service because you don't have confidence in your product! This review would've went in a different direction if you would've just honored the warranty & stood by the product you sell...

I ordered online got my stuff in 3 days everything was right everything turned out great I will be buying more from here

Delivery on time n very good quality of the product

Overall experience as far as order and delivery was great. Customer service was not helpful on resolving my issue with no exchange option given, only to return and order another part even though the part fitment guide was a match for my vehicle.

Absolutely excellent service it’s the first time I have ever ordered from here and it won’t be my last!! Highly recommend!
