Pretty Dissappointing.

They make labels. I’ve received two correct runs of 1000 units. Then two incorrect labels. I had to raise a case with PayPal both times to get refunded. They’re currently creating a new label. Communication is extremely poor and slow. Very difficult to operate a business outsourcing production to this company. There lack of reply is bordering on rude. I’d gladly edit this review if they eventually come back to me but at this point my confidence and patience are pretty low.
