AceCosm is the best

I will always purchase from AceCosm. They have all the products I need and their shipping is fast. I receive my products with a few days. I love their service and they always respond promptly with any questions I may have. Acecosm’s is the way to go.

I love everything!

I love everything!! The only thing is the ice pack are melted and not really cold by the time I get the product. However, it has never affected my product so I am well pleased.

Regarding the ice packs, please note that all of our cold-chain products are shipped with ice packs inside an insulated styrofoam box to help maintain freshness during transit. However, as mentioned in our terms and conditions, once the package leaves our facility, we unfortunately cannot control external shipping conditions or transit temperatures. For this reason, we cannot guarantee temperature consistency throughout delivery, and purchases are made at the customer’s discretion.

I love the products

I love the products. Corresponds quickly. But the US payments could improve. I sent a wire last week & it still hasn’t cleared my purchases. When I have sent all proof. I know that I will get my product but it’s a bit tedious.
Again service and product is great.
