Terrible company and terrible service. I received my order 2 months ago which included a faulty item with missing parts and I have been going around in circles trying to get this resolved. I was originally given case acknowledgment number to then being ignored. I have emailed various times and haven't heard back. I had to resort to messaging them on social media and every time I received a message it was to confirm my details and then to confirm I was the account holder. Nothing about how to resolve my issue. I also received a refund for an item which was out of stock, however they credited this back to my account and are refusing to refund my debit card. I was on a staff account and no longer work there so will never order from them again. They have basically stolen my money. Beware!

I haven’t received half my items, the ones that got cancelled because apparently they were no longer available, I am still waiting on a refund, even after numerous emails back and forth I still get the same worded email back explaining there is an issue with their refunds. Not my problem, I won’t be using you again as this service is despicable, and basically robbing money off of customers and not wanting to give money back!!!

What has happened to ace catalogue trying to place a order is a joke now keeps saying can't log in before it was easy and when I ordered before it showed my order straight on my phone so I can have peace of mind my order was placed not now nothing on my phone so haven't a clue if my order has been successful been with ace such a long time might loose a customer now shop somewhere else 👎

Ace made me change my password and everything since then I have not been able to log into my account. I have spent at least a couple of hours on their totally useless live chat where the Cs agents are extremely rude and have sent numerous emails that for some reason take days to reply. They now want a payment which I am more than willing to pay but only when they sort my log in issues out.
Ace have rubbish CS and are committing fraud
Ace have charged me for three items I have not had from three separate orders! I can see from the lack of tracking they never even sent them and their CS people cannot speak basic English or understand what I am asking of them to try and locate my goods. They send cut and paste emails and ask me to wait and wait and this has been going on for a month now. Then they demand a monthly payment which includes these items. I get ignored on the phone and they say I am at fault for not waiting when they do manage some English. Why does every order I place have missing items that I get charged for and then lied to about???

This catalogue is an absolute nightmare I've been charged for 2 items plus delivery and they are not even in stock.
