They’ve placed a new roof on our old garage (turned into living space) in October of 2022. We’ve had 10+ situations of water damage. They’ve solved 1 and the problem resurfaces. Reaction time is horrible, very hard to reach.

Independent damage expert was sent in Feb 2024 to estimate the damage: we’ve never received the report. They are not willing to share it. We came to the agreement to put a new roof on our old garage. The day came and the worker said to us: half of the roof is still fine, so we’ll replace half of it. And again: the water damage started. Inbetween the discussion about costs of water damage outside and inside as well was pushed forward (water came through the soaked wall underneath the skirting boards and through the build in spotlights (aka electrocution hazard). And it is still not fixed. But they are also not reachable anymore, don’t react on our emails/whatsapp/phonecalls. And the water is still coming through.

Please NEVER choose this contractor.
Problems that can always occur are not skillfully fixed. Contact options are not there (for us anyway). Now our lawyer needs to be involved to get this sorted! It’s a hell of a long breath to have without solutions.

I hired this company in March 2024 to fix the leak coming from the roof which was impacting the ceiling in my bathrom (located directly under the roof). Now's January 2025 and although they charged me with almost 9kEUR for repair and refurbishment of the roof with the new insulation layer, initial issue was never resolved and still exists.

Complete scam – charged me €5,700 for a job they didn’t finish

I hired this company for a repair, and after paying €5,700, they left the job unfinished. Since then, they have failed to keep multiple promises to come back and complete the work. They’ve given me several dates but never showed up. They are unreliable. I would not recommend anyone to work with them.
After one year I have more leakage than before.
