Extremely long delivery, no refound
I ordered a battery two weeks before my trip. Their website stated that it was in stock. After 10 days I wrote to ask where the package was, and only then did I receive a tracking number — even though the parcel had already been on its way by that time. After that, the status didn’t change for more than 20 days.
The delivery took more than a month, and the package arrived while I was away, so I couldn’t receive it. I had to go through lengthy email exchanges, repeatedly explaining to several people that if I had known the real delivery time, I would never have placed the order. Their response was simply that it was coming from China. Of course, this was nowhere mentioned on the website, nor was the extremely long delivery time.
In the end, they reluctantly agreed to issue a refund minus the shipping cost — which I never received.
