Uitstekende service en prachtig instrument

Ik heb een Accordiola Super Italia 120 Accordeon gekocht bij De Accordeontheek en ben erg tevreden.

Christiaan reageerde snel, vriendelijk en deskundig op al mijn vragen, zowel voor als na de aankoop. Hij gaf uitgebreide en duidelijke instructies over onderhoud. Het is wel duidelijk dat Christiaan decennia ervaring heeft in zijn vak
Het instrument zelf is netjes opgeknapt (nieuwe ventielen, riemen en basplaat) en kwam goed verpakt en verzekerd aan. De communicatie over verzending en track & trace was duidelijk.

Ik vond het aankoopproces een beetje verwarrend omdat ik eerst een bestelling moest plaatsen voordat ik een factuur kreeg die ik dan los kon betalen. Dit is natuurlijk omdat de verzendkosten per product en per land veel kunnen verschillen. Niet erg, aangezien Christiaan goed communiceert en telefonisch bereikbaar is. Ik raad dan ook aan om gebruik te maken van zijn deskundigheid en even contact op te nemen voor je een bestelling plaatst.
