From start to finish the whole process was great. Steve explained the options and answered all my questions without putting me under pressure. The installation was quick and efficient, the guys made sure the house was kept clean and tidy. My Aunt now has a great stairlift thats has given her some of her independence back. Thanks

Superb service from beginning to completion. Stairlift fitted in just over an hour on day of our choice. Installers Steven and Graham very respectful of our property and diligence to their preparation from start to completion very commendable. Spent some time explaining the working of the "lift" and carried out several trial runs. Deserve 5 Stars.

Needed a stairlift urgently for my wife who was being discharged from a hospice the next day. I contacted Access Solutions and explained my needs. After a promised call back, I’d spoken directly to Steven, who with Graham would be installing the stairlift. We sorted everything out after a couple of phone calls and some texts with pictures and measurements. The stairlift was fitted the next morning by 10:30. Steven and Graham were great, quickly and efficiently fitting the stairlift. Steven demonstrated how to use the stairlift. Overall, a great experience from start to finish.

The fitters, Stephen and Graham, were excellent. Pleasant helpful, gave my mother good advice and guidance. They were prompt, efficient and tidy; cleaning up after themselves too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
P.S. my mother loves her stairlift.

After my initial enquiry by phone, I was contacted shortly after and the stairlift was fitted the next day. The people I was in contact with were very helpful, I was told how to use it simply but very accurately. I cannot thank them enough, it has changed my life as it was so difficult and painful for me to get upstairs. I should have got one month's ago.

The two fitters (Steven and Graham) were super professional and respectful when fitting the two stairlifts. There were both quick and efficient and removed all packaging upon completion.

Steven came out the very next day after I contacted the office and within a week I had my desperately need lift in Steven and Graham worked limed the flappers in all the heat to instal my stairlift. Two great guys and excellent service

I was recommended to this company by a very satisfied client. Everything went just according to the recommendation. I phoned the company on a Friday morning and was given all the information I needed by the very friendly and efficient person on the other end. Within a couple of hours I received a phone call from Stephen arranging a visit and within 45 mins, he was measuring the job. The stairlift would have been fitted on the next working day, but due to the abnormal length of my stairs, it was "delayed" until the Tuesday morning. Within an hour (by 10.10 a.m.), my stairlift was working..... thanks to the two excellent fitters. There was no pressure to take any of the payment/time length options available and I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and its workers to everyone. No wonder they always seem to have plenty of work!

I called this company in desperate need as my father had fallen down the stairs and was highly likely to fall again. We didn't want to risk waiting for NHS to arrange a stair lift but we figured it's going to be very expensive to get one fitted privately.

In less than 24hrs, we had a stair lift fitted, demonstrated and lots of advice given. The engineers we're proffessional, friendly and filled us with confidence.
The chair is great quality, works brilliantly and easy to use.
The cost was very very surprising, not at all expense in my opinion.

I only rang Access Solutions this morning to make an enquiry about a stairlift for my mother and it was installed by 3pm. What an excellent service, the two engineers who came to fit the stairlift were brilliant, they explained everything they were going to do before they started and had the stairlift fitted in no time at all. The engineers even moved my mother's handrail. I would definitely recommend this company.
