I won't lie, we have had some time consuming and frustrating problems since moving our direct debits to Access DDCMS, but their customer service has improved exponentially in recent weeks. The last time I had need to call I spoke with Bianca whose ability to listen, understand and explain was outstanding. I am feeling more confident using this new system and it is comforting to know that they have some experienced and outstanding Customer Service staff.

Initially newcomers are helped by the onboarding team, Becca Clark has worked with me with great patience, and talked me through any queries I have had, or assistance I may have needed. I now feel at ease with using the system and I am very grateful to Becca Clark for all her help.
Access PaySuite Set-Up
In what was our first experience of the Access Group, having chosen to use their Access PaySuite facility for Direct Debit collection, from start to finish, we found the support (and product) first class. In what was a new product experience for us, Becca Clark from the Onboarding Team was our designated point of contact and 'hand held' us throughout the process. At the outset, she clearly outlined the process, kept up fully updated, her response times were consistently good and nothing was too much trouble. On occasions when Becca was away, other members of the Onboarding Team responded on her behalf. All in all, first class service! (Please note that the experience date quoted is the 'live' date. The process took c.3 months and Becca Clark was supporting us throughout this time)

I met Warren Stone, Dan Riley and Ahmed Patel at a product gateway at Gateshead in November and arranged a call at a later date so they could help me set up reports I was struggling with and also a couple of other product issues that we had been having. All three members were such a great help. They guided me through my issues with a friendly and helpful service and made sure I was happy with everything before ending the call. I feel very confident contacting them in the future if I need help with anything.

He helped us renew and our enhance our customer product/service offerings with Access PaySuite. 10/10 for customer relations and invaluable advice on which products best suited our local government environment. We were happy to renew our contracts and keep using access paysuite.
Updating our Direct Debit payment…
Updating our Direct Debit payment details turned into a frustrating process that lasted over two weeks, with little progress and no clear resolution despite multiple attempts to get help.
Everything changed when Christy Buckingham stepped in. She took ownership of the issue, followed it up internally, and resolved everything within a single day. Communication was clear, proactive, and reassuring throughout, and the outcome was exactly what we had been waiting for.

We have had all our customer DD…
We have had all our customer DD applications appearing in triplicate for months. We have had a mixture of responses from ‘support’ from mainly confused AI chat which keeps opening and shutting the case and a support person who took weeks to find the fault and said it didn’t exist and then found it but still no action. No response to our emails.
Excellent service all round!
Sam Potter and Warren Stone have been genuinely helpful with all our queries and technical support. They’re always quick to respond, knowledgeable, and go the extra mile to make sure everything runs smoothly. Excellent service all round!

Not impressed
I asked for relodgement of few DDs but they didn't do it. After I complained, they apologized promising the issue has been sorted but it wasn't. Again they couldn't be collected. Useless!!
