Scammers. Support is horrible and Unresponsive.
First order placed on site A in March for $99. It was not delivered. Support was slow in responding. Had to message and email them multiple times until I got a response. They said they would apply a credit to my account for another order.

Placed Order 2 on site B in April for $100 and credit was not applied. Again support is unresponsive. They said they are in Israel and have had technical issue. Order 2 luckily got delivered.

Placed order 3 on site B again for $100. the credit was still not applied. The order never got delivered. There is no way to message the site owner either. Contacted support multiple times regarding 2 refunds and never heard back.

I have now initiated chargeback on 2 orders on Paypal. Hopefully they will refund me.

Be aware that if you want to be a seller on their platform, they will request you to make and give them an author account so they can add content to your site on their end, and they do not explain this in the 'become a seller' page.
This is the first platform I have seen such a strange and insecure policy, and I'm Really disappointed with such a way of working.
