Had a very smooth procedure through Waqar and his team, they managed to secure a mortgage for me in under 48 hours after providing with all the required documents, home insurance was also sorted prior to the completion and I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the service provided. It’s everything under one roof including your personal life insurance as well as mortgage protection insurance, the quotes are very competitive as compared to other places. I recently took a MetLife policy through Shehryar, and cannot thank him enough. I was under the assumption that I would never be able to get any protection plans due to my health conditions, I had previously spoken to an advisor that a few members of my family had used before, who after a one hour meeting, did not reply to me or get back to me with a quote, the previous advisor was very enthusiastic, until he heard of my health conditions, at which point I could see him visibly switch moods, I never spoke to him again after that, and never thought about getting a protection plan again. Great explanation and seamless process from taking out a policy, Bilal was very patient and passionate with what he delivers and offers, I did have a life insurance&critical illness and income protection in place however, i did not fully grasp the benefot or what I had in place couple with the fact that it was way expensive, Bilal was able to come up with a lower price, I know understood in full what I had in place and also how to claim if needed.
