Our agent, Mel Punsalan, has been great to work with since we started living overseas 3 years ago. She is great at communicating details, confirmations and itinerary changes with us. She works efficiently and is always pleasant. There have been one or two weather emergency situations that required last-minute changes to the itinerary which Mel was also very capable of and successful at handling. In 2017, she worked with at least 3 of my 6 college friends that traveled out to SE Asia to meet for a Girls Trip - everyone raved about her service! I have referred her contact info to other expats living overseas that I know have similar travel needs as well.
