Package Delays
I ordered my parcel on 1 december, it took 7 days to arrive to the warehouse (which is way to long as it said 2-3 days estimated) and to this day it hasn't been delivered. I am currently waiting 50 days for my parcel, this is not acceptable. AcBuy is a terrible agent and i switched over to LitBuy. Shipping for 5120g is 143 euros???!!!!! Unacceptable.

My DHL Paket - PL shipment was never delievered
I used ACBuy as a purchasing/shipping agent and paid via ACBuy wallet funded with Apple Pay.
My DHL Paket DE → PL shipment has had no tracking updates since 23 December 2025 and was never delivered.
When I contacted support, ACBuy claimed that only the receiver can initiate a DHL investigation (Nachforschung) or obtain a loss confirmation. This is incorrect — DHL allows only the sender / contracting party to initiate an official investigation. As the receiver, I can submit only an informational inquiry.
ACBuy arranged the shipment, selected the carrier, and accepted payment, yet refused to initiate the official DHL investigation and instead requested documents that the receiver cannot legally obtain.
Support responses were vague (“we gave feedback to logistics”) with no confirmation of an official investigation, no case number, and no clear timeframe.
Additionally, I was discouraged from opening a bank dispute and warned about potential account consequences, which I found inappropriate.
Due to the lack of resolution, I was forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank.
This review is shared to inform other users about my experience and the way logistics issues are handled.

Do not order from this seller. My package cleared customs 12 days ago and has not moved since. DHL provides no updates and refuses to investigate until 45 days have passed. This is unacceptable service, and my package appears to be lost. I have no clarity on whether I will get my money back.

Avoid if something goes wrong
I used ACBuy as an agent so I’d be protected if there was a problem. That turned out to be a mistake.
I received an item that was clearly not as described. The seller’s size chart allowed 1–3 cm difference, but the product was over 6 cm off, which ACBuy’s own agent admitted in chat. Still, when the seller refused a refund, ACBuy immediately washed their hands of it and hid behind “seller policy,” even though handling issues like this is exactly what their fees are for.
I then opened a chargeback as a last resort. During the chargeback, ACBuy provided false information and left out key facts, effectively lying about the situation to avoid responsibility. The chargeback was later declined, but that doesn’t change that the item was misrepresented.
What really crossed the line is what happened next: ACBuy locked my account and refused to let me withdraw my own remaining balance, even though the chargeback was closed and I received no refund. They even tried to make me pay extra money to “unlock” my account early.
This experience completely destroyed my trust. If everything goes smoothly, maybe it’s fine — but if there’s any issue, you’re on your own. I won’t use ACBuy again.

My order had a delivery issue with Royal Mail and it was returned to sender. Acbuy acknowledged that it had not been delivered to me but refused to refund/replace it and told me to sort it out with Royal Mail. Support did not read what I wrote and refused to help, even though legally under Consumer Rights act the parcel is their responsibility until it is in my possession - which it never was. Currently trying to do a chargeback with my bank to get a refund as Acbuy is not cooperating.
Issues with delivery can happen to anyone - I made sure the address I entered was correct - so don't use this company if you don't want to risk them losing your parcel and not getting a refund!
