Good managing agent

On the whole, we’ve been very pleased with the level of contact and service we receive from Acara as the freeholder to one of the buildings they manage.

We've just started working with Acara…

We've just started working with Acara and Rachel/Chris. Working with Rachel has been a breath of fresh air, great on communication and never have to chase her for anything. We have all sorts of issues with other companies we look after be it money issues, communication, being valued for the work we do. Like i said its a breath of fresh air and im delighted to be working with Rachel and her team at Acara

lack of professionalism and accountability

Acara's lack of professionalism and accountability regarding their work and building management is deeply disappointing. We have noted that Paul, the company's leader, seems unconcerned with the quality of their work, accepting jobs regardless of competence and resorting to dishonest and misleading communication to cover up shortcomings.

For over two years, Acara has managed our building, yet their performance in work quality, repair management, and communication is below standard. They consistently failed to inform insurers about building issues, leading to further property damage, lesser insurance coverage and residents having to invest personal time to address their lack of professionalism.

I strongly advise avoiding Acara if you value your time and money.
