Very disappointing and unprofessional experience

My experience with Acanva has been extremely disappointing. The entire process was handled with poor communication, constant excuses, and no real accountability. I was given conflicting explanations and still believe I wasn’t told the full truth about what happened.

What should have been a simple order turned into weeks of unnecessary stress and frustration. I hope Acanva improves its honesty, organization, and respect for customers, because this experience was far below what anyone should expect.

We are truly sorry for the disappointing experience you had. Your sofa order included a total of eight cartons. After the shipment was dispatched, you contacted us to request a change of delivery address. Unfortunately, the partnered carrier made a mistake and only delivered one of the cartons.

As soon as we learned about this issue, we immediately contacted the carrier. They confirmed that the remaining seven cartons would be delivered shortly. We promptly informed you of this and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered a discount for the inconvenience, which you kindly accepted.

However, the carrier was slow in responding to emails afterward. We sent several follow-ups over a few days to get delivery updates but didn’t receive timely replies. We then sent a feedback email to the carrier, and later they reached out to you with a delivery appointment. However, they forgot to update your new address in their system and still used the old one for the remaining seven cartons, which led to further delays.

We sincerely apologize for this situation. We take it very seriously and have already discussed it with the carrier. Both sides have reviewed the case and made improvements to prevent similar issues in the future.

Throughout the process, we kept you updated and shared all relevant information as soon as we received it. Still, we completely understand that the delay affected your delivery experience and caused frustration. We would feel the same way if it happened to us. We sincerely apologize and will continue working to improve our service quality while ensuring our delivery partners do the same.

Exactly what I envisioned!

This sectional is exactly what I had in mind. It looks so luxurious and feels high-quality. The cushions don’t sink in like some sofas do, they’re firm, supportive, and still super comfortable. Poor quality furniture and deceptive policies

I purchased an outdoor couch and chairs and the pillows were so thin it was unusable. They offer a 30 day return policy and when I submitted a return they told me I couldn’t return the furniture due to wear (I had the couch for less than a week) and stains (I submitted a video showing no stains).

I then left an honest, negative review on their website which they have since deleted which is illegal and violates the CRFA and FTC rule on consumer reviews.

UPDATE: The original negative review I left on the website was only published after I asked the customer service team to publish it. They default to removing bad reviews.

I also sent the team a video of the items showing no stains. They also claim the couch was too “worn” for a return after less than a week of use. This speaks volumes to the quality of the furniture.

We’d like to clarify that our 30-day free return policy, as stated clearly on our website, requires the product to be returned in unused, like-new condition, without stains, wear, or damage. The photos you submitted showed visible stains and clear signs of seat compression/use on the cushions, which unfortunately made the item ineligible for return under our policy.

Despite this, we still offered a goodwill solution — either a set of upgraded cushions or a partial refund — both of which were declined.

UPDATE: Regarding your concern about reviews, please note that your original feedback remains publicly visible across platforms. We are committed to transparency and value all customer input.

We have never removed any of your reviews. The comment you mentioned has always been publicly visible on our platform. If we had any intention of hiding negative feedback, we could have removed your comments on social media as well — but we did not. We respect every customer’s opinion and continue to display both positive and negative reviews, as transparency and accountability are core to how we improve our services.

Regarding the return, we reviewed the high-resolution photos you submitted, and each clearly shows visible stains and distinct seat impressions. These signs go beyond what would be considered “trial use” and instead indicate regular usage. It’s important to clarify that product quality concerns and evidence of use are two separate matters. Claiming dissatisfaction with quality cannot override the fact that the item no longer meets the “like-new condition” required for a valid return.

Once a product shows visible signs of use, it can no longer be resold as new — this policy ensures fairness for all customers. Despite the return not meeting our guidelines, we still offered a goodwill resolution, including upgraded cushions or a partial refund. Unfortunately, these offers were declined. We remain committed to resolving matters in a fair and respectful manner, in accordance with our clearly stated policies.

Quality furniture

We’re very happy with our purchase. Delivery was as promised. The chairs are beautiful, good quality, and exactly as pictured. We’ve had them for four months now and they’re holding up really well. I don’t think I’ll have to worry about them sinking anytime soon.

I love my couch!

Great delivery experience

Really Happy with the delivery service that Acanva provides! The delivery team was very polite and careful with the sofa as they moved it into our house and set it up in a room on the second floor. They also cleaned all of packaging that came with the sofa and left the room clean.

Really appreciate the great service by their delivery team!
