This company has the worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Ordered a stylus (3 weeks ago) for a chromebook (that I bought through them as well) - and I have still not received it. Customer service does not respond to my emails. I used their online chat function - no joy. I will go out of my way to never buy any tech through them again. USELESS
