I bought a Goldorak jumbo but the head lights don't work and it's a masterpiece quite expensive!I sent a message asking them if they could repair it..no answer!
the mousepad looks amazing very vibrant colours and it doesnt slip around on the table its amazing quality. it was fast shipping to sweden with no problems thank you!
I placed a £40+ order in october. It has still not arrived as of today (Dec 15th). Numerous emails to customer service of both the shipping company and Abystyle have gone completely ignored. Horrible customer service, can't comment on the quality of the product, but I'd assume by this experience it's very poor
The glass looks great but there is a major error on the date when Marty travels back home. On the glass and on the packaging under "LAST TIME DEPARTED" it says he travels back home on Nov 05 which is wrong, he travels back home on Nov 12.
Horrible, SCAM! I ordered some One piece banners for 38.39€. They say they’ve shipped the items and gave me invalid tracking link. I’ve emailed them multiple times to give me either a valid link to the items so I can track them or give me a refund but they don’t answer you on emails.
I had to go to another tracking website 17track there I can see the items have been ”temporarily in storage” repeatedly over several days. The destination is listed as Unknown. This such a scam

I couldn't be happier with my order from ABYstyle! The website is super easy to navigate and has a fantastic selection of officially licensed merchandise from all my favorite franchises. I ordered a few items (a mug, a t-shirt, and a figure), and everything arrived quickly, well-packaged, and exactly as described.
The quality is top-notch — the designs are awesome and true to the original series. Big shoutout to the customer service team as well: I had a question about sizing and got a friendly, helpful reply within 24 hours.

The frame arrived damaged and after two weeks and several messages, I haven't received any response from the website. What am I supposed to do with an unusable product?

Items arrived damaged, and the support team aren’t very quick to respond. Half my order is either unusable from breakage or else completely missing.
Some items are listed on site as “x2” and only received one.
EDIT: Now in their response they’re claiming it was an error on the site. Then why did the invoice I received with my damaged items also state “x2” in the item description, with a value of 3 under quantity? That math doesn’t math well. I wouldn’t have ordered them if it was clearly stated anywhere that it was only a single item.
EDIT 2: Do I really need to start quoting EU regulations on consumer protection? You had the item listed as x2 on site, an error on your part, I can understand. But had I known I would only receive half of the expected amount inferred from the error that was NOT made clear to me until this thread of communication, I would not have purchased the items. My invoice shows the item’s description as x2 with a quantity of 3. So I’m not sure how you expect me to assume your mistake was rectified at any point until you replied to this post. I have received a credit note for the damaged items and appreciate that, but the rest of my purchase I now feel I was misled into carrying out. You cannot list an item’s incorrect quantity, fix it after I’ve bought them on the assumption of receiving that amount, and then expect me to stay quiet for not having my expected order fulfilled. You could have emailed or called before the order was packed to advise me of the error and even then I’d have probably cancelled the glasses. I’m not being inconvenienced for something I had no fault in. It’s also highly annoying I’m having to communicate through this channel. Your support team fail to answer their phone or even send emails. I’ve got three open messages on my order on your site and have received nothing from you but the automated email from the initial credit not after the damaged items.

I wrote a review of a jar that snapped in my hand, they wrote a response that i should write an email to have a compensation, which i did but i had no answer, and on top of this, i had ANOTHER JAR THAT THE HANDLE SNAPPED AGAIN IN MY HAND, these products are utterly awful and the answers of costumer service looks like they are mocking at you.
