We had all our windows (15 in total), 4 sills, sliding conservatory doors, front door and 2 back doors replaced by ABS. From our very first meeting with Alex, all the way through to the fitting and then the after care, we had every confidence that the quality of the product and workmanship would be first class. They explained everything in great detail, about the process, the range of windows, doors and glass, and also the finer details with regards to window furniture and the design of the leaded windows. Martin, in particular, was extremely thorough, professional and a perfectionist.
We were concerned about possible plaster and paint damage inside the house, but this was minimal.
We did have a couple of issues with the glass, not the fault of ABS, but of their supplier, but everything was rectified and nothing was too much trouble.
All in all, we are absolutely delighted with our new windows and doors, and would certainly recommend ABS to anyone wanting to change their windows.

We had all.our windows replaced in January, so happy with everything from the first meeting to the fitting! Amazing team working together cannot fault a single thing. I recently had all my windows and doors replaced by ABS. The service was excellent, from planning right through to the fitting. They did a superb job, the fitters were friendly, their work was very neat and tidy with minimal disruption. My advice, don't waste time going anywhere else - use ABS Home Improvements!

The work was carried out by their fitter, Matt, who worked in neat and tidy manner and completed the installation to the high standard we have come to experience from ABS, with courtesy and pleasantness. We had all our windows and 3 doors replaced and they made light work of it. Out with the old, in with the new in a friendly, professional manner. The only bad thing is having to pay for it but it’s money well spent.

We chose ABS because we wanted to use a local company. We converted our garage to a studio and ABS installed patio doors for us. They were faultless from start to finish. We're really pleased with the doors, the staff are really friendly and provide quick efficient service.

ABS installed two windows at my elderly mothers house in Rickinghall. The price was good and the windows were of good quality. Communication was excellent throughout and on the day the windows were fitted with the minimum of fuss and in a very tidy manner. We will definitely use them again when other windows need replacing.
